Ⅱ 四级建议信格式
建议书的格式和一般书信大体相同。
标题：通常只写“建议书”三个字，有时为了突出建议的具体内容，可以写《关于×××的建议书》。题目要写在第一行的中间，字体要大些。
顶格：称呼 提出的建议希望得到哪些人的响应，称呼就写哪些人。要写在第二行顶格，后面加冒号。（ 如：尊敬的校长：）下一行可加您好；再加感叹号。
空两格：正文就是建议的内容，从第三行空两格开始写。先写这个问题是什么，再写提出建议的理由，最后写建议的具体内容。如果内容较多，可以分条写。
可写一句“希望X X能采纳我/我们的全部建议。”
结尾：写祝福语
空行：署名在右下角写出建议人的姓名，即提出建议的团体的名称或个人的名字。

考试形式：
