㈠ 英语四级可以和老外交流吗

英语4级的水抄平是不能跟外国人交流的，至少要专四以上才能跟外国人交流。

英语4级相关信息介绍：

英语四级考试分为上半年和下半年，一般上半年的考试时间为每年6月份的第二个周六上午，所以2020年6月英语四级考试时间预计为6月13日。

考试当天必须按规定的时间(上午8：45开始，下午2：45开始)入场，入场开始15分钟(即上午9：00，下午3：00)后，禁止入场。入场时必须主动出示准考证以及有效身份证件，接受考试工作人员核验，并按要求在考场签到册上签名。

考生须携带HB-2B铅笔(涂答题卡用)、黑色字迹签字笔、橡皮等文具。任何书籍、笔记、资料、报刊、草稿纸以及各种无线通信工具(如寻呼机、移动电话)、录放音机、电子记事本等违规物品不得携带入场，一经发现，将按违规处理，成绩无效。
