1. 要每次都大量地背。因为自己不比别人聪明，所以背完单词，别人忘掉五分之一，自己决不会比别人忘得少。然而，别人每天背十个单词，自己却可以背一百个，忘掉五分之一，还剩八十个，是别人最聪明状态下的十倍。每天一百个是最低限。其实背到后来您会发现这个要求并不高，一个月后，您可能自然而然地就背到三百或者五百。
这四百个要分成四组来背，上午三十,中午十个，下午三十，晚上三十。第二天早晨复习以前没背下来的词。背的时候，要一目十词(注意，是十个而不是更多或更少)，不要认认真真背，因为没有认认真真的时间。一边看一边读每个词的读音，默读也成。看完后回忆一遍，回忆不起来的再看。这次背的目的在于留下个大概印象，下次看见能知道这个词，所以背到大部分都能回忆得起来就成了，把剩下的词单独抄出来。

您好，大学英语四级的词汇很多人都是按照自身能力安排每天背几个，但很多时候应该是无法在考试之前背完的。所以反向思维这么看，从现在到今年年底的12月10日，你需要每天背（或是看）多少个单词，才能够背/看完。
大学英语四级的词汇大概有4千个左右，但其中的2千来个都是高中词汇的拓展，词性的变化，或是用法改变，或是词义改变，所以在一定程度上属于派生词汇，而不算是全新的词汇。剩余的2千个就是大学英语的范畴了。而这4千个词汇中只有大概1千左右是重点词汇，或是高频率词汇。所有每天消化几个需要看您选择哪一种词汇了。
而您的截屏中的这一本已经把词汇分成了4个成分，其中核心词汇分成25个列表，认知词汇分成5个列表，再加上基础词汇，和超纲词汇。尽管不是很确定全部共有多少，但按照老方式，假如核心词汇共有1000个，每天背10个，每个星期50个，周六和周日巩固，那么需要20个周才能够完成；每天背20个，每个星期100个，需要10周；每天背30个，每个星期150个，需要7周；每天40个，每个星期200个，需要5周；每天背50个，每个星期250个，需要4周。
然后就是看您的目标假如仅仅是大学英语四级及格的426分，也就是710分的60%了，也就是您需要最少掌握这些词汇中的60%才行。
个人建议您可以这么做。去掉超纲词汇（大概是四级词汇到了六级属于拓展词汇），从明天11月4号到考前的12月9号，共有35天，您可以这么计算：
1）核心词汇有25个列表，按照这个列表走，35天共有5个星期，每个星期过5个列表，也就是每天需要过1个列表，然后星期六和星期日复习这5个列表；下个星期开始另外5个列表，星期六和星期日复习这个星期和上个星期的共10个列表的词汇。做到能够大概记得最少一半的词汇就行了。然后第三个星期就是第二个和第三个星期的列表复习。
2）认知词汇表共有5个列表，每个星期1个列表，建议在周末的两天看，不要求背，但起码过一次，可以挑星期六
3）基础列表不确定有多少个词汇，但您可以把总数除以5，也就是每个星期的量了。假如基础列表有1000个，那么每个星期就是200个了。这些词汇应该都是高中词汇和拓展词汇。再把这200个分为5天（星期一到星期五），每天40个。这40个是您必须背下来的。
这样看，就是：
1）从现在开始的每个星期一到星期五（或是连续5天），每天的基础列表量必须背下来，达到100%
2）星期一到星期五的核心词汇表（或是连续5天），每天一个列表，每个星期5个列表，达到掌握最少一半的词汇就行了；
3）星期六（或是第6天），看认知词汇表，每个星期一个列表，多看几次，不需要背；
4）星期日（或是第7天），把这个星期的基础词汇，核心词汇的5个列表，和认知词汇表1个列表再复习一次就行了。
5）建议您每个周末做一套真题。听力和阅读理解通常可以靠较多的词汇量拿到高分，但填空题，翻译题这两个较难；写作比高考上了一个档次，一个标题看您的发挥能力和英语句型结构的掌握，这3个较难在短期内提高，所以重点作听力和阅读理解。
这样5个星期应该就可以把这本书看完了。大学英语考试已经不是您能够消化多少的问题，而是您必须消化的问题。尽管不知道您现在是大几，但大学期间可以考很多次的，而词汇是基础，词汇量直接决定了英语能力了。
