我们仔细分析，会发现历年考研真题基本上都呈现"现象或问题--原因解释--解决办法"这样的模式，但变化非常多。因为我们谈论的既可以是一件值得弘扬的好事，也可能是一个令人忧心忡忡的社会问题；针对后者我们极有可能需要提出做法；而对于前者，可能解释一下就结束了，也可能要写出相应的做法。
