英语阅读理解最正确的做题和吸收的步骤：

1. 花4--5分钟的样子把一篇阅读的首段，尾段，各个段落的首句仔细读一遍。有助于你对于文章讲的大致内容的掌握。

曾经有位老师总结称为： 两首一尾定主题。

2. 按照平时考试的节奏，对能做出选择的题目做出选择，根据定位的方法，从文章中找到与题目和选项有关的句子，并做出筛选。（注意 逐个题目找答案 ）

3. 对于没有做出的题目，先再到原文找到出题依据，或者根据文章整体框架自己总结，做出选择。（所有答案一定要符合文章中心）（所有题目做完之后先不要急着对答案）

4. 重新认真仔细 精读 每个题目和选项以及整篇文章，一个句子一个句子的精读，逐段精读，按照五大基本句型来拆分着读，把不会的单词，短语查阅并整理出来，每篇文章后面有专门生词整理的空白。（如果没有你自己专门用一个小册子来整理也可以）

5. 精读之后，文章里的生词和短语，已经掌握。在此基础上，在文章第二页的 全文翻译 空白部分对原文逐字逐句进行翻译，（当然题目和选项也要翻译）这个过程中我希望你们做到的是“说人话”。

6. 翻译全文和选项后再去重新对于之前做的选项分析，对于自己觉得选错的题目可以进行改动。

7.再对照答案。看看哪些题目自己选错了，回归原文仔细 分析 对或错的 原因 ，再对照详细答案进行知识的总结（单词，短语，长难句）。（在这个过程中一定要记住， 词本无意，意由境生 ，一定要结合具体的语境理解词句段篇）

8. 每周做完的1—2篇阅读（精读过的），星期一到星期日每天早上必须拿来读几遍（越大声越好），读熟，最好能背下来，当然你实在不能背下来，你按照这个节奏读熟就可以。读的过程中要把你整理的生词和短语也要背，必须背，因为这是你不知道的内容。

经过这八个步骤，做完所有文章之后，你再回去翻翻自己的一路历程，再回想自己整理总结过的知识点，一定都会历历在目，结果也一定会让你喜出望外。

② 如何做英语阅读理解

第一，看题目。从题目中可以大致了解文章的方向，文章的大概内容。而且，这样可以对题目有个大概的印象，等会通读全文的时候，也可以有针对性的阅读。对于和题目相关的文段，可以仔细地阅读，了解其中的意思。

第二，通读全文，大致了解文章讲述的基本内容。这样除了可以把文章和题目联系起来，还可以对文章有了个统观全局的印象，不至于太盲目。

第三，根据题目，返回原文，找类似的段落或者句子。其实，完成前面两步，这一步做起来就比较简单了。这一步的主要目的是用笔明确地标识出题目的答案大概所在的段落，这样方便第四步的仔细比对。

第四，仔细比较题目所表述的内容和段落以及句子所表述的内容。一般来说，都会在这里设置各种各样的陷阱。所以一定要仔细来找茬。这一步是确定成败的关键步骤。以上三步都是为这一步做铺垫的。一定要注意，在这一步中，每个单词都不能放过！
