1、英文自荐信应注意的格式问题

但在格式方面与中文自荐信还是有所区别的这主要表现在英文自荐信的主要内容和中文自荐信基本一致。

2、信封的写法

外企在华的分支机构或分公司都会在招聘广告中给出中文，绝大多数情况下。终究入乡随俗，也可以防止邮递员因为看不懂外语而投递只需按我国的习惯书写信封就可以了只是人名方面须要注意。如果广告上写的联系人是中文，困难。这种情况下。那么就直写“先千万不要擅自把它译为中文，生收”女士收”好了但如果联系人的名字是英文。哪怕这个名字看起来很普遍、很熟悉，如“James不要写成“詹姆士”Smith不要写成“史密斯”

如果外企给的英文地址，另外一种情况。那信封的写法就应遵循英美的习惯。一般的写法是信封的左上角（中文信封邮政编码的地方）

信封中间的地方写的收件人的名字和地址。收发双方的地址都要依照由小及大的顺序排列，写的发件人的名字和地址。依次是第一行

第二行写市（县）省名，写房屋号、门牌号码、街道或路名。第三行写国家名称。需要注意的寄往国外的自荐信都要加上“中国 ”字样
