As everyone knows, there are some part-time college students ring the period of University, college students about the part-time job, there are many different views, some people say, some people say is not good. I think, college students part-time can be good or bad, as we discuss below or part-time students problem from different aspects.
Some people say, good for college, because ring the period of University, curriculum is less, students can use their spare time to part-time in school, so you can exercise their communication skills and ability to work, can improve the self experience and experience, can obtain certain income, alleviate some of the burden to the parents, can make oneself grow up, enhance the ability to adapt to society. So, university students should not get a part-time job, need from a practical point of view, if you study well, of course you can get a part-time job, but even if the school is not handled properly, or rece the part-time.
❸ 关于“大学住宿的利与弊”英语作文400字左右
It's the question that every college student must answer: should you
live on-campus or off-campus? Both options have their advantages and
disadvantages, so it is crucial for you to weigh your choices before you
make a final decision. To help you choose between the two, here are
some pros and cons of living on-campus and off-campus.
On-Campus
Pros
Accessibility to the school. If you live on-campus,
you can easily walk to classes, libraries, computer labs, cafeterias,
etc. You don't have to waste time and money on driving to school,
finding a parking space, and so forth.
Increased social life. Living on-campus will allow you to meet more people and establish more friendships than
if you live off-campus. Living in a dorm means that there will always
be someone around to hang out with. You will also usually be aware of
any campus activities and how to be involved in them.
Simplicity. If you live on-campus, you don't have to
worry about monthly rent payments, utility bills, and grocery shopping.
Most students who live in a dorm get a meal plan in order to make eating
easy and convenient. (Although, you will probably still want to dine in your dorm room from time to time.)
Cons
Little privacy. When living in a dorm, it can be very
hard to find privacy. You have to share bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. The
close living quarters mean that you may never have quiet time in your
dorm because there will always be something going on.
Limited space. At most colleges, the dorm rooms are
tiny. You have to limit what you bring to school, or your space will be
too crowded. Check out these tips to best utilize your space when living in a dorm room.
Possible low GPA. Because dorm life is very social,
your grades may be affected in a negative way. If you constantly choose
hanging out with your dorm buddies over studying at the library, then
your GPA will suffer.
Off-Campus
Pros
Independence. You will not have to follow as many
rules if you live off-campus. Residence halls have several rules that
students must abide by when living on-campus. (These rules are usually
designed for the overall protection and safety of the residents). Living
off-campus will give you freedom from those rules and allow you to set
your own.
Privacy. Living off-campus means that you will more
than likely have your own bedroom so you can have a place to sneak off
and have time alone away from your roommates. The extra space also means
that you can probably find a quiet place to study in the convenience of your own home.
Sense of responsibility. Living off-campus will help
you be more responsible. If you live off-campus, you will be in charge
of paying bills, cleaning house, grocery shopping, and cooking. Being
responsible is a good quality to possess (in case you consider this one a
con).
Cons
More expensive. Often, off-campus housing is more
expensive than on-campus housing. Utilities and cable can be an added
monthly expense, and you may have to pay for your own Internet access.
Transportation. When living off-campus, it may not be
convenient for you to walk to campus so you would have to find
transportation. Whether you drive your car or use a form of public
transportation, it is still going to cost you money. Traffic can also be
an issue if you live in a crowded area.
Isolation. If you live off-campus, you may not be as
involved with campus activities as you would if you lived on-campus.
This could cause you to feel a sense of detachment with your college and
cause you to not make as many friends.
When deciding whether to live on-campus or off-campus, think about what
is important to you. You may even want to put together a list of your
own pros and cons. Keep in mind that some colleges do not let first-year
students live in an off-campus apartment; you would either have to live
in a residence hall or at home with your family. Check with your chosen
school for regulations.

Some of them are tiring of study, in addition to gaining more experience, they have oblige to earning money to support their family, they are independent. I think that denpends on your own view. It's hard to say that whether those people who have got further study can earn a better job than the students just after graation from university or not ,if someone just holds the view that nowadays higher degree means more opportunity to get a better job, maybe that will make him disappoint, because everything changes rapidly day by day .but no matter when it is always right for us to hold every opportunity to improve our knowledge and experience as possible as we can .The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for circumstances they want, and if they cannot find them, make them!

Whether the college English tests should be abolished
Whether the college English tests should be abolished? Answers to this question vary greatly. Some people are in favor of the idea of the college English tests. They always say that can make the students study English hard. And they also say that we can judge the students English level by the college English tests.
But other people argue that many students can not communicate with the foreigner well in English, even though, they passed college English test. They also say that many students just learn how to pass the college English tests, not English itself.
In my opinion, we should think why we need to study English. Since English is used to communication with foreigner, we need to change our way of English study. On the same time, the college English tests also need to be changed to suit our goal

❼ 大学住宿利与弊英语作文,急!!!120字左右
As alts, college students are responsible indivials capable of sensible and independent judgments and decisions. Living on or off campus is really a matter of personal choice and different students can make their decisions that best accord with their indivial needs.
Over the years, as many Chinese families become financially well-off, they can afford their sons and daughters better-equipped apartments off campus. In the rented accommodation, a student enjoys greater personal freedom— more tranquil environment in which they can concentrate on their studies and greater privacy with which they can associate with their friends, including their boyfriends or girlfriends. Those are all unalienable human rights guaranteed by the Constitution. As long as those students behave within legal boundaries and their off-campus life does not affect their academic performance as students, there is no reason why college students should not live off campus.
However, living off campus does pose problems. A student living alone may incur greater personal risks. With less time to mix with classmates, he or she will be less competent as a team player. Having to spend much time traveling to the campus, the student will have serious challenges to be punctual for classes. Finally, without their independent income, most students will certainly increase financial burdens on their parents. Therefore, any students with serious intentions to live off campus should really have serious thoughts about those issues before they actually make their choices.
❽ 大学生兼职的利与弊英语范文
大学生兼职的利与弊英语作文,这是大学英语四六级作文里经常谈到的,这篇可以参考:)~~
Some peolpe think there are more advantages for colleges students to take part-time jobs than disadvantages, others don't think so. What's your view on this? And tell why.
A serious problem has arisen in recent several years that more and more college students abandon study because of their taking part-time jobs, so quite a few people are opposed to part-time jobs. However, taking part-time jobs has at least three benefits for college studens in my eyes.
First, students can promote their study through part-time jobs. For instance, If a law student finds a part-time job in a law firm, his practice will enable him to better understand what he's learned from books. What's more, the part-time job can offer him opportunities to go beyond what he's been taught in class, and he'll learn something that doesn't exist in books but in practice.
Second, students can also accumulate work experiences through part-time jobs, which will benefit their future job-hunting. Actually, part-time jobs act as warm-up exercises for students to take full-time jobs after they graate, and help them prepare for their future careers. In addition, as fresh blood in the society, graated students are often unfavored in job-hunting markets for lack of practical work experiences. It's easier to find jobs for those who have accumulated experiences in part-time jobs.
Last but not the least, part-time jobs can partly relieve students' financial burden, especially those who are from poor families. College tution fees have greatly increased in the past ten years e to the new ecational policy. Many students from poor families cannot afford college fees, and our bank system fail to loan college students as effectively as it does in developed countries, so taking part-time jobs becomes a way for them to meet their great expenses in campus lives.
It's an undenied fact that students break the balance between their jobs and studies, especially when they fall into conflict with each other. But I think students should spend their spare time taking part-time jobs. Only following this principle can they benefit from their part-time jobs.
❾ 求大学英语作文 考试的利弊
The Benefits of Giving Exams
Basically, exams are given in order for teachers to determine the learning status of the students. It is not given to scare them or demotivate. Results of the exam will be used for the evaluation of their learning process so that teachers can make adjustments as to their teaching style.
The ecation process consists both teaching and learning. Teaching refers to the transfer of knowledge while learning is the act of acquiring knowledge. Teachers have the prerogative as what teaching techniques to use in order to assure that students learn. Giving exams is an evaluation technique used by teachers to check if the students have acquired all his teachings. If the exam results turned favorable, teacher will proceed with his strategy and teach the next topic. But if the exam results turned unfavorable by majority, it only means that the teacher needs to use another technique in order for the students to easily acquire the desired learning.
During my five years of teaching, I make it a point to give chapter exam for my students. These exams don't necessarily be long exams. Usually it only consists of what I have teached. If majority of my students resulted favorable in the exam, another chapter will be discussed. But if most of them failed in my given exam, it only requires me to repeat the discussion in the lighter approach. If only few of the students failed, a make-up class will be requested or tutorial session will be held.
In my case, I never see exams as hinder to the ecation process. In fact, it is a big help for without it, I will never know the effectiveness of my teaching strategies and the level of learning of my students. Final exams give me the real scenario inside my class. It helps me determine my effectiveness as teacher and identify the strength and weaknesses of my students as far as my subject is concern.
My only concern regarding this issue is when exams are given for the purpose of torturing the students mentally. And this is true, there are teachers who are fond of giving exams not within the coverage of what they have taught. They just want to make an impression to the students as a strict teacher who gives hard exams. They do this as part of their status quo. On these cases, exams do not help students to learn, instead, it gives them traumatic experiences that demotivate them to continue studying.
❿ 高分求助 帮忙写一篇英语作文 大学生考证的利与弊
Certificates Craze on Campus
Recent years have witnessed a certificate craze spreading among the college students. They prioritize their need for certificates which will be useful in persuit of good jobs after their graation.
So far as I am concerned, certificates are important to college students in that the certificates, to some extents, do motivate the college students to study hard because one could never get enough certificates and the attitude of "keeping up with the Jonese" certainly contributes to the fulfillment of their college study.
The tendency also reflects the fact that the college ecation as well as the college students are becoming more and more job-oriented. This is not a bad thing, it shows that students are beginning to realize their obligations to perfect themselves and in addition, they have become more and more practical---Thanks to the certificate craze, college students are less likely to waste their time on campuses.
However, certificates is not the only important thing in a student's college life-----there are something more than that. Affected by the certificate craze, some of the students, who spend most of their time preparing various examinations so as to get the certificates, have never tasted the sweetness of academic study. In other words, they study for examinations and certificates---this is, though we do not want to see, a sad story. Various certificates have deprived the students of all their spare time that they get no time to play. The result is, undoubtedly, the certificate craze will one day turn universities into a mass proction machine procing ll Jacks out of smart students. What's more, the certificate craze has also led to more and more cases of cheatings in examinations and the practical values of these certificates have decreased greatly.
In a conlusion, we should view the certificate craze as well as certificates themselves from a rational perspective, so that we could arrange our time and study scheles better without time and money wasted on some meaningless certificates.
