怎样做一个好教师，不仅是新上讲台教师要思考的问题，对每位教师都是个永恒的题目。 今年我已经是一个有着四年教龄的教师，，如何当一个让学生喜欢的好老师，这一直都是我在思索的一个问题，也是我所不断追求为之奋斗的目标。在我心目中的好老师应该具备以下几个方面。
一、爱岗敬业，尽职尽责
做一名好老师应该有职业之爱。干一行，爱一行，既然自己选择了教师这一职业，就要拥有对事业的执著和热爱，怀有强烈的责任感。只有有了对事业的执著和热爱，崇高的使命感和责任心才油然而生；只有有了对事业的执著和热爱，才会热爱学生；在工作过程中要求自己，规范自己的言行，忠诚党的教育事业，敬业、爱校、爱生。为人师表，以身立教，乐于奉献，不计个人得失，一切服从工作需要，自觉地积极地为每一位学生的健康成长尽心尽力，尽职尽责。一切为了学生，为了一切学生，为了学生一切。结合自己的岗位和教学实际,教师不仅是经师，更是人师、一切为了每一个学生的发展要培育好一代又一代的学生，使他们成才，成人，以适应社会生产力的要求，实践最广大人民群众的根本利益。
要爱业，爱业也就是敬业。而敬业与爱学生是分不开的。要爱学生，要让学生喜欢你。春雨能温暖冰封的泥土，朝阳能抚慰心灵的湖水，生命的歌声能唤醒一粒粒沉睡的种子。爱学生，就要像春风化雨般无声，让他成为莘莘学子心目中的一种看得见，摸得着的最为催人奋进的有效情愫，让他成为人的一生中一道最赏心悦目的亮丽景致。师爱是每个学生都应充分享受的权力，充分沐浴爱的霞光。留有死角的师爱是一种不公平的师爱，不成熟的师爱，因此我特别关注那些有问题的特殊孩子，我也有孩子，也许是因为我做了母亲，我特别能体会孩子的心情，孩子的感受。所以我从来没有因为他们差而去放弃，因为他们就像是一颗蒙着尘埃的珠子，作为教师的我有责任去发现他们，重视他们，为他们擦拭，帮他们发亮。也许他们的光是微弱的，但是我们要相信有光就会有希望。他们的接受能力差，我们要不厌其烦地一遍又一遍地为他们讲解。让这些孩子不断取得进步，慢慢跟上班集体前进的脚步。
二、加强学习，提升自身素质
俗话说：活到老，学到老。更何况一名人民教师，要给学生一杯水，自己必须有一桶水。我认为要做一名好老师，甚至必须有一河的活水。这就要求我们不断学习。首先，学习三个代表的重要思想、党员先进性的理念等，思想上始终与党中央保持一致，全面贯彻党的教育方针。其次，学习现实生活中鲜活的事例，比如象为救护学生而献出自己生命的小学教师殷雪梅；为捐助贫困失学儿童而劳累过度身患重病的艺人丛飞；优秀的 *** 员张斌、雷燕等，把他们作为自己行动的楷模，学习的榜样，吃苦在前，享乐在后。再有，学习先进的教育教学理念，用以指导自己的实践，滋润自己的心田，提高自己的业务知识和能力。积极参加各项业务活动，吸收新的资讯，多向有经验的教师学习，多进行教学反思，提高自身的业务素质和教科研的能力。只有不断学习，善于学习，才能不断提高自我，完善自我，才能吸引学生喜欢学习我所教的课程。
三、与时俱进，勇于创新
创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。尤其在知识经济时代，科技发展日新月异。面对经济飞速发展的时代，面对新一轮课程改革，面对新时代的学生，做一名好老师，我认为要与时俱进，勇于创新。不断探索新的途径方法，以学生为主体，课堂不教死书，死教书，不能像以前一样，就课本教课本，而要更新观念。
四、教师要学会寻求自己的幸福感。
作为一名教师还要在平淡无奇的教学生涯中学会找寻自己的幸福感。教师中也不乏那些一切向前看的老师，一旦有一天他的物质天平失去了平衡，那么他的工作也终将会受到牵连。也许你在正常的教学工作外还付出了许多，这说明你是一个富有责任感的好老师。但如果因为付出了辛劳而追求或奢望获得额外的回报，那你就需要端正一下自己的态度。教书育人本来就是教师应尽的职责，你只是在完成你的本职工作而已。
许多老教师说，这样的时刻他们是最幸福的：几十年后，当他的学生桃李满天下，为社会作出贡献，回到母校，拜访老师，回顾当初老师指引的为人为学的道路，感到使他一生受益，他们的成就也有老师们的一份劳动在其中。过去人们常把老师比做红烛，照亮了别人，燃尽了自己，未免有点悲怆，但这也恰是老师的劳动成果和幸福所在，因为他用自己的绵薄之力照亮了别人，为社会作出了自己微不足道的贡献，他受到了社会和别人的肯定和尊敬，这样的精神财富是永恒的，是物质财富难以比拟的。
五、好老师还应该有一个健康的心态。
好老师应该有着开阔的胸怀，勇于接受各种批评与自我批评，充满爱心与责任感等等。做一个好老师很不容易，对于一个年轻老师来说更是认识肤浅。我们只有在实践中不断思考和探索，才有可能向之迈进一步。毛蓓蕾老师临终前嘱咐：每位老师都要热爱教育事业，每位老师都要热爱我们的孩子。千万不要把孩子估计错了，估计少了，估计小了。孩子们的事没有一件是小事。他们的事在老师心中应是大事，要事。把小孩子的事做好就是我们老师的责任。做好了我们会感觉活的很有意义。我想这大概就是好老师典范吧。我会用我的实际行动，努力使自己成为一个好老师。
