我也等得不耐烦了,就先开始了。跳了几十个之后,我就开始跳花样,又是跑跳,又是向后跳。跳多了,我觉得楼上的地板不结实,就跑到露台上去跳。
可是我选的位置不对,跳起来绳子经常碰到顶上的铁杆子,所以又另辟蹊径,去找另一个地方跳绳。我去了露台的另一个地方,虽然位置小了点,但跳跳绳还是可以的。
终于,跳累了。我坐在椅子上,边吃水果边吃饼干,好不自在。轮到我跑步时,跑起来脚腕这酸痛的不行,只好把跑步改成了快走。
运动完后,我和妈妈坐在椅子上,惬意地吃吃喝喝,最后在妈妈的督促下才拖拖拉拉地去洗澡。要是每天都能这么快乐地运动,那该多好啊!
