The problems I have in My English study

I have many problems in my English study, to name just a few, they can be listed as following:
First, my vocabulary is rather small. As a result, I can neither read fast nor understand well, and it's really not easy for me to keep new words in mind; Second, I cannot write well. As I have always been engaged in sth having nothing to do with English, I seldom have any chance to write in English; third, my listening comprehension is not good enough, because I had little training at college.
To overcome these difficulties, I have worked out a plan. Namely, read one or two pages of English everyday, keep a diary in English & practice writing twice a week & listen to English tapes every two or three days. I believe that so long as I practice, I'll be able to read, write & understand better.

学英语，真辛苦
我曾遇到过许多困难的事，骑自行车、学游泳、还有写作文......它们都被我坚强的毅力征服了。从三年级开始，除了语文、数学，还多了一门重要的课程：英语。但英语仿佛是我过不去的一道槛，无论我怎么努力，始终不能喜欢上这门课程。
我有些时候会想：我们是中国人，为什么还要学习其它国家的语言？父母告诉我：“学习英语是为了长大后能更好地工作，与外国人交流。”虽然这么说，可是，那里单词、句子里密密麻麻的英文字母实在太难背了。教我们英语的杨老师每次教我们读单词和课文内容时，总是读几遍了事，没能让我们更深刻地理解它的意思、用法。许多同学第一次读会读，可下一次却忘得差不多了，我就是这样的。要是我们的英语老师在每节课上新课之前带我们复习一下以前学过的课文，我想，我们学起来就没那么辛苦了。
妈妈告诉我：“学英语得多读多练，每学完一课都得抓紧时间复习，不然时间一长，得过且过，再回过头来读便会淡忘了。”我听了妈妈的话，在课堂上，一些不太好记的单词被我用铅笔轻轻标上中文的译音。虽然这种中不中，洋不洋的的字样很是难看，老师也不提倡这种办法，可是对于初学者来说，只有这样，才记得住读音。
后来，读英语熟练些了，我把以前那些乱七八糟的中文译音用橡皮擦掉，竟然还记得大部分单词的读法！我“改进技术”，把“中文译音记忆法”换成了“独创”的“字母点记法”。每个单词的音主要体现在哪几个字母上，就在那个单词的字母下面画一横。比方说“你（you）”这个单词，音就体现在“Y”和“U”两个字母上，连起来是“yu”。这样就知道这个单词怎么读了。
随着时间的变迁，更多记单词、背句子的方法应运而生，被印成光盘、书籍在各地销售。可使用后的效果却不太明显。学英语不能靠死记硬背，得多读多练，灵活地运用一些“小窍门”才能很好地掌握英语知识。
学英语真难！不过为了以后能更好地工作交流。我要努力、努力、再努力！奋斗、奋斗、再奋斗！
