不知不觉中，我的教书生涯已经多年了。如何处理学生与老师之间的关系，如何适应自己作为一名教师的心理上的转变，如何摆正自己在学校生活和教学中的位置，一直是我苦苦思索的问题。

社会生活的信息化和经济的全球化，使英语的重要性日益突出。英语作为最重要的信息载体之一，已经成为人类生活各个领域使用广泛的语言。改革开放以来，我国的英语教育规模不断扩大，教育取得了显著的成就。新课标所蕴涵的思想可用平等、个性、开放、多元来概括。平等，即：学生享受平等;个性，即：让每个学生的个性获得充分发展，培养多彩的人格;开放指教材的开放性;多元，提倡教材、教学方式、评价内容、评价方式、 方法 的多元。

它强调承认差异、尊重差异，由原来关注学科知识转向关注人的发展，也就是以人为本，民主教育思想。在新课标下的小学英语教学中，教师要培养和保持学生的学习兴趣：应该把握机会，渲染英语课堂气氛;充分研究教材，认真备课;注重“以人为本”，发挥学生主体作用;建立新型师生关系，重视师生间的情感交流等。为此，在英语教学中，我进行了一些新 教学方法 的尝试：

一、注重改变英语教学方式，激发学生内心热情：

1 、多变的教学方法：

( 1 )随机应变，适当删除添补，提前推后。“书本是死的，人是活的。”所以，我们教师在教授内容时，可以适当地对教材进行删除添补，可以把一些内容提前或推后。

( 2 )在教学中常用各种方法，如“表演法”、“竞赛法”、“游戏法”等。

a 、当“小老师”、“模仿秀”

比如说“ talk about it ”。这一模块中，我们就可以鼓励学生大胆地模仿，带表情说 句子 。如“ i am hungry 。”(可以作饥饿状);“ i am thirty. ”(可以作口渴状);还可以鼓励学生上讲台当“小老师”，领读句子。让他们模仿教师平时上课时的表情、动作，鼓励他们学着使用课堂用语。比如说“ stand up ” “ very good ”，“ sit down ,please ” .

b 、儿歌说唱法针对孩子们天生活泼好动的性格，用英语歌曲导入，组织课堂教学，效果很好。

对于小孩子来说，他们爱表演，所以我给每首儿歌都编了简单的动作。例如“ dog, dog ,what can you do ?i can run after you . panda ,panda ,what can you do ? i can eat so much bamboo. (动作示范)等等，尽管有些动作非常简单，但是学生却很乐于参与。

2 、多样的教学手段

基础教育阶段英语课程的主要任务是激发和培养学生 学习英语 的兴趣。因此，在教学英语时，教学手段是十分重要的。针对小学生的思维具有明显的直观性、形象性。应用实物、图片、 简笔画 、幻灯等直观教学手段，都能激发学生强烈的 英语学习 兴趣。

多出示事物，贴近学生生活。如我教一节复习课，为了避免机械枯燥的复习，事先我让学生带好实物apple, pear, banana......

水果，还有学生现成的文具，上课了，我先出示幻灯，让学生逐一读出单词，然后再用show me___的句型，让学生举起所说的实物，最后进行听音乐传实物的游戏，音乐停时，实物在谁手中，谁就要说出实物名称。这样，学生兴趣盎然，大大提高了复习效果。

二、注重学生听说能力，培养学生良好的英语素质

1 、日积月累化教学

冰冻三尺非一日之寒。面对刚开始接触英语的小学生，可以把句子减缩成词，就是重点词教学。当学生了解了“词”，在用词扩展成句。例如： car — this is my car. let's — let's go.这样由易到难，循序渐进地进行听说英语的训练，符合学生认知规律，“雪球”不知不觉中越滚越大。

另外，我每天要求学生放学回家后听半小时左右的录音，因为，英语作为一门语言，首先要开口说，只有多听原汁原味的发音，学生才能有信心说出来。

2 、生活、英语化教学

中国学生学习英语就是缺乏英语语言环，这就要求老师尽量用英语组织和进行教学，给学生提供浓厚的英语语言学习氛围。从学生刚接触英语开始，我就开始使用英语课堂用语。首先解决常用的一些句子： hello! good morrning(afternoon).stand up . sit down, please. listen to me. read after me .

以后每节课坚持使用，并逐步增加句数。日积月累，学生基本听得懂简单的课堂用语，增强了学习英语的信心，在课堂上营造生活中的情景，使课堂生活化，贴近学生的生活，让学生在自己熟悉的环境中探究新知，为以后的学习打下坚实的基础。

3 、语言环境化教学

和谐的课堂很重要：教师要创设比较真实的语言情景，调动学生的积极性;通过交际练习获得语言能力;以学生为中心，教师是助学者;良好的师生关系是教学的重要保证;引导学生“乐学”“巧学”“会学”“善学”，充分体现自己的主导作用。所以，创造课外英语环境，对于学生来说是十分必要的。老师课外带头说，无论在校园中还是楼梯口碰到同学，我总会用最简单的语句打招呼：“ hi ! boy ,how are you ? ”一段时间后，学生课外见到我，就会争先恐后地用英语招呼我，养成了用英语进行交际懂得习惯，有效地提高了学生的听说能力。

兴趣、知识和能力是现代小学生最需要的，也是我们英语教师所追求的。教学方式的转变，活跃了课堂与生活的距离，学生在类似生活的情景中学习英语，轻松愉快，学生听说英语的整体素质得到了较快的提高。我们只有不断地激发学生的学习兴趣，引导他们多参与一些积极有效的、丰富多采的课堂活动，让学生“动”起来，让课堂“活”起来，才能最大限度地使他们快快乐乐地获取知识，轻轻松松提高他们的英语素质。作为一名小学英语老师，我们肩负的担子是沉重的，我们的任务是艰巨的。所以更需要不断地鼓励自己“ english ,i can do . ” ( 教好英语我能行。)，同时也要不断地鼓励我们的学生“ english ,i can do ”(学好英语我能行。)

在临沂第21中学举行了罗庄区小学英语新教材培训会。此次培训会为期一天。虽然只有短短的一天，但是我却收获甚丰。四堂精彩的课堂让我拍手叫绝，第21中学生英语素养也让我为之赞叹。下面我就简单谈一下自己的 心得体会 。

第一：教学设计的精良。此次四节课执教者均是各校小学英语教研员。听完他们的课后才感觉他们果然不是虚有其名。由于 经验 有限，我只对我熟悉的三年级课程表达一下我自己的看法。李老师上的是一节字母课。本节课的重点是能认读且书写所学字母，并掌握这些字母在单词中的发音。正如李老师自己所说，此节课她的教学思路是先教字母读音及书写，最后教字母在单词中的发音。而我在教类似课的时候是采用课本上chant 把单词的读音和发音同时教授。而这样教授的结果是学生在后面的活动中把这两种音全部混淆。与自己的课相比较，李老师的这节课就提前预知学生可能出现的情况，也就是备足了学生，从而采用上述教学思路。如此可见其教学设计的精良。第二节课段老师的词汇课也很精彩。首先用一条smile face 的主线贯穿课堂这是多么巧妙的构思。在呈现本堂课内容的时候采用了先整体后部分的思路。本堂课除了老师精彩的表现外，老师精心设计的PPT课件

也功劳不小。首先在单词呈现环节利用各种各样的图片向学生展现了单词的义。其次在词汇操练环节把所需要的游戏环节很好的呈现。在观看的同时我在心里暗暗感慨：要是我也会制作这样的课件就好了。

第二：课堂强有力的掌控。各位老师驾驭课堂的能力都是一流的，他们或通过发出学生熟悉的指令或是做出提示动作重新吸引学生的关注。学生在一堂课上的集中注意力的时间相对是有限的，如何最大化延长他们的注意时间则可以极大提高课堂效率。而这恰恰是我们新老师所缺乏的。

为期5天的英语培训即将落下帷幕，在这紧张、充实而又快乐的5天里，我感受了很多，也学到了很多，这次培训使我受益匪浅，虽然时间很短，但是培训 的内容给了我教学上很大的帮助，听了的宋立泽和郑岚峰的理论指导，也观看了一些教学实例，亲身体验了一些活动，让理论联系了实际，使得我更深刻、更透彻的 领会了老师所讲的内容。以下是我的一些心得体会：

一、重新认识了自我

通过学习使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一位英语 教师，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质，在英语的探究过程中，教师不再把英语知识的传授作为自己的主要教学任务和目的，也不再把 主要精力花费在检查学生对知识掌握的程度上，而是成为学习共同体中的成员，在问题面前教师和孩子们一起寻找答案，在探究英语的道路上教师成为学生的伙伴和 知心朋友。

二、对英语课堂教学有了新的认识

通过听郑岚峰教师讲的一些教学技能及他课堂教学的一些经验和感悟，我对英语课 堂教学也有了一个新的认识，英语课以语言为对象，强调以任务入手，放眼看周围世界，培养学生的英语能力，这个就是知识点。在教学总体目标上注意兴趣，体验 成功和培养自信;在课程实施上注重创造学习环境和提高学习效率;在教学模式与方法上注重参与实践和创新发展;在语言教学的目标上，注重培养语感和交际能 力;在教学评价上，注重运用激励机制和多元评价。英语教师应具备的听、说、读、写、译的教学技能，给英语教师指明的努力的方向，明确了作为一名合格英语教 师应具备的基本素质。

三、英语基础知识和基本技能有了一次质的飞跃

这次基础知识专业的培训对我来说，无疑是一个莫大的收 获。语音、听力、口语、写作对我的英语水平有了一个很大的促进。尤其是郑岚峰老师的语音课，由原来不知如何正确发音到现在基本标准，且较清楚地了解如何教 学生的英语发音，真是大有收获。语言学习只有在有意义和有目的的活动中才会发生。通过专家教师的精心讲解，让我了解了如何较好的进行英语的听、说、读、写 的教学，我们的英语教学法让学生有较沉重的压力，而不会感到学习的快乐，事实上每一项能力的教学都可以教得非常有趣。优秀教师的做法让我很受启发。很多时 候我们的学生不愿开口说英语是因为没有安全的语言环境。强调词汇和语法知识使教师经常当众打断学生的发言，让学生觉得很尴尬，长此以往，学生就不愿当众用 英语交流了。因而，要提高学生的听说能力，首先要给学生创造一个安全的语言环境。在安全的语言环境，教师注重交流的内容而不是词汇和语法的正确性。利用自 我纠错能力，学生在不断的交流中就能提高听说能力了。只有在不断的练习中，学生的口语能力才会不断的提高。

四、对教材的把握有了一个整体的认识

作 为一线教师，我知道了怎样的课才算是一堂好课，不泛包括师生互动，学生主体等，但我觉得关键还有对教材的把握，通过培训，使我明白了，我要用教材教学生， 而不是教教材，可以创造性地使用教材，围绕课标可删可增，另外要锻炼学生的实践能力，也就是听、说、读、写的能力，也就是说在课堂中，Pairwork和 Groupwork部分不但要练，还要让每一个学生都能参与其中，勇于张口，使课堂气氛活跃而有秩序，让学生都能找到自己的定位，真正喜欢上英语课堂。

作为一线英语教师，通过这次培训感到肩上的担子更重了，非常感谢教育局领导能给我这样一次学习的机会，我会加倍努力，在以后的教育教学中勤于思考，善于分析，尽早成为一名优秀的英语教师!

英语教学实践为出发点，结合学生和自身，来进行 反思 ，从而得到了体会：为了适合我国国情，对于英语教材的改变，教学应该怎样进行，才能符合学生学习语言的规律，为出发点，重点说明中学英语教学应以语法为根基，着重以学生学习习惯的养成和学习兴趣的提高为目标。关键词：中国国情;外语教学;语法;兴趣提高;习惯养成根据自己学生的英语水平，教学反馈情况以及对自身的教学进行反思。经过将近十年的教学实践，我对英语教学有了几点体会。

一、中国的国情决定了英语教学为英语外语教学现在英语教材虽然改变了，但是我国的国情不变。我们国家的英语教学是正规的课堂教学，它必须通过正规的课程、正规的大纲、合格的教师，还有相当的一些课时来完成，是有教材、有测试这样一个正规的教学。在中国进行英语教学没有语言环境，中国人的第一语言是汉语，是中文。学习外语时，我们的母语已经有了相当的基础，所以在这种环境下的英语教学就成为一种外语教学。在中国我们的社会、家庭、工作语言和生活语言，学校其他课程教学的语言都不是英语，英语也不是官方语言，也不是我们的第二语言。我们的母语可能对外国语的学习起到很大的作用，这些理由和因素就决定了我们中国的英语教学是英语外语教学。

新教材的内容贴近学生的生活和现代社会的生活，富有时代的气息， 文化 信息量大，活动多，强调综合运用语言的培养。我们有不少教师见到这样的教材就迷惑了：是不是让学生进行任务型的活动，就能使学生无意识地学习英语了。其实不然，活动只是一种途径，能促使学生获取、处理和使用信息，用英语交流，从而提高用英语做事和解决问题的能力。但是在中国，我们是大班上课，学生人数又多，那么学生在课堂上语言参与的机会也会相应的减少，同样程度就会差一点儿。除了在英语课上之外，其他的时间很少用英语来交流，往往环境就决定了学习方式的不同，我们没有那么多的时间来实践，就必须通过记忆，通过学习规则，通过知识的掌握以及知识的使用，才能获得语言能力。

二、英语应以语法为基础语言知识是外语教学的立足点。从以上我国学生学习英语的国情来看，我国学生学习外语在很大程度上必须靠自学拼读能力，词汇知识是学习的手段，也是检查输入与产生语言的正确和错误的工具，特别是语法知识，现在有很多公开课，都避开了对语法的讲解，那么那些语法知识学生又能否在阅读当中学会呢?我深表怀疑。综合语言能力的形成是建立在学生语言技能、语法、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素质整体发展的基础上的。课堂注重语言运用能力是不可否认的，但是根据我国学习英语的国情，应该理直气壮地进行语法知识的传授。在我们的英语教学中应该尽量给学生营造环境，创设情景来教学，这样能让学生身临其境，并增加学习英语的气氛。可我们必竟是在中国，不像学习语文那样，有一个很好的母语环境，能让学生很容易的来练习，牢固的语法基础对我们中国人学习英语显然很重要。没有牢固的语法基础往往无法很好的去进行阅读，更别说进行写作了。当然语法基础和阅读能力并不能完全成为正比，但是语法知识的欠缺会使我们误解，甚至无法理解句子的意思。

如：he learns that he should have cared more about his friends.如果不懂虚拟语气，可能会误认为：he cared more about his friends.但句子本意为：he didn’t care more about his friends.在讲解语法知识时我适当的用中文来解释。如果全部用英语讲解，讲完后，学生直摇头，表示不理解。在新教材中阅读部分在前，中间是语法部分，最后是综合技能。这样的顺序安排的不错，阅读应该作为教学当中的第一目标，讲课时如果一节课无法完成所有的目标，我们就可以把阅读当中的一些语法项目留到下一节的语法专项中一起进行，这样也可以起到很好的效果。例如：定语从句是高一一年级中一项非常重要的语法项目，第五单元的阅读部分中出现了一些定语从句，可以让学生先把这些定语从句找出来，等到下一节课再引导学生用归纳法把why ,where ,when这几个关系副词的用法 总结 出来。把综合技能部分放到后面，写作时就可以运用本单元所学的语法、词汇。

二、尽快了解学生的英语学习情况，给学生做好思想工作，帮助学生克服自卑和自畏的心理障碍

有些学生在初中时，英语老是学不好，一心想到高中来重拾信心，但哪里知道到了高中后，由于英语难度较大，通过高一几次考试后，自己在班上的名次更不如从前了，并时常为此苦恼，慢慢地学习英语的劲头就不足了，有的干脆放弃了。其实，因自卑而苦恼的学生说明其有上进心，这也是他们的闪光点所在。我就鼓励他们要有信心，告诉他们人无完人，关键是你自己怎样去认识。一个人有自卑和自畏的心理并不可怕，重要的是要能调节好自己的心理状态。要多想自己的优点，以此来增强自己的自信心。面对紧张的学习压力以及各种考试的压力，让学生们要调节好自己的心态，把有利变为动力，这样就可以促使自己更加努力。告诉他们饭一口一口地吃，学习要慢慢来，不能够急,要一如既往,杜绝急功近利的心态,毕竟：Attitude is everything !

三、帮助学生根据自己的学习状况制定合理的学习目标和 学习计划

制定学习计划和目标是让学生明确学习目的，通过剖析自己，认识到自己的不足之处。在学习新知识的同时，还要让其适当地、有计划地复习初中知识，做好初、高中知识的衔接，查漏补缺，使基础更加牢固。制定学习目标很重要。教师使学生明白学习目标就像航海中的灯塔给他们的学习指明了方向。对学生而言，目标就是希望，但目标不要过高，应根据他们的情况而定。如果定得太高，有了几次挫折后，学生会感到疲倦，但也不能过低，目标太低会降低对他们的要求，造成松懈，起不到作用。

四、鼓励学生找出一套适合自己的学习方法和培养良好的学习习惯

什么是好的学习方法?我一直认为符合自己的学习习惯，并能行之有效，能够提高自己的水平的方法就是好的学习方法。个人的学习方法因人而异，但是归纳起来不外乎以下几点：

1. 认真抓好 课前预习 和课后复习。许多学生没有这样的学习每个单词习惯。通过预习学生自己会发现疑难的地方以便在听老师讲课时注意听讲，抓住重点和难点。课后抓紧时间进行复习巩固，通过听、说、读、写训练掌握所学知识，为知识运用奠定基础。为了有效地避免学生的惰性,我多次引导学生做听写接力活动,在增长学习英语积极性的同时,还培养了他们的小集体意识其乐融融。

2. 学习 英语单词 不要孤立地死记硬背。学生学习单词的正确方法应是把单词放在句子和阅读 文章 中来记忆，这样才能记得牢。其次培养学生在阅读中猜测词其义的好习惯。不妨联系上下文让其猜一下要表达的意思，读完后再去查词典，这对培养语言的悟性是很有好处的。学习英语犹如盖房子，英语的句子结构就是框架，单词则是房子的砖瓦。你虽然备足了砖瓦，但不知怎样建房子的框架是造不成房子的，充其量也只是砖瓦的杂堆乱砌。这就是有的人记住了单词却写不出句子的原因。
