For instance, wear a breathing mask to decrease the bad factor. Exercise such as jog , however, may harm your lung in specific situation. For example when you jog you may had more air than usual. Thus you may stop exercise in foggy day.
From my own perspective, I believe that the government should do something to stop this phenomenon getting worse. I cherish a belief that the blue sky and pleasant air , although might need effort of generations, will come back to city eventually.

As long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell others your pressure and get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best way.
