My View on Job-Hopping:
"You resigned again? What's your new job? ..." Job-hopping has become a hottopic among people, especially the young, and heated debates focus on it, as a result.
Many people are inclined to do one job in their lives. In their opinions, people who change their job frequently are supedicial and tactless. They believe that the only way'to success is to stick to one job, for constant practice in a professional field helps make an expert.
But there are still many people who will not agree. They argue that change means progress. If you're not satisfied with your present job, of course you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid one. Every change is a step to further success. This idea may be the reason why they change their jobs so often.
For my part, I think it reasonable to change your job if you have a better opportunity. But once you have found a position where you can fully display your ability, you'd better settle down and put your whole heart into it. Only in this way, can you get the true joy of achieving your goals.

Does anyone maintain the same attitude towards this issue?Definitely not,as a matter of fact, opinions vary from person to person. Some argue that something is beneficial to them, because, by this way, they can earn mare money. However, quite a few people hold the opposite opinion that something is detrimental to learn the skills which can only get through hard works. And,most of people agree that The demerits of job-hopping far outweigh its merits.
To my way of thinking, the problem mentioned above will bound to generate severe consequences if we keep turning a blind eye and deaf ear to it,the phenomenon of young people's job-hopping.It is high time that all of us,parents, ecators, and the authorities, make combined efforts to give an advice to this situation. With this measure taken,it is reasonable for us to believe that this problem can be perfectly solved in the near future.
Different people have different opinions about job-hopping. Some people like to change jobs frequently because they don’t know what they really good at; while some people stick to one lifelong job for they believe changing jobs frequently will have negative effect on making progress on specific field. As far as I concern, I think job-hopping has both advantages and disadvantages for the following reasons.
On one hand, job-hopping can help those young people who just graate from universities to find out what jobs they are really good at. They change jobs frequently because they don’t like this job or they just want to find a better job. Some people think changing jobs frequently can ignite their inspiration. I have a friend; he is one of the types that changing his job from time to time. This month he works at the supermarket, next month he is doing business with others. Recently, he plans to run a shop on line. I ask him why, he said that he wanted to find out what job he loves the most. And doing a job for the rest of his life is quite tedious. He doesn’t want to live in the regular life style. On the other hand, some people are not so willing to change their jobs, especially most women. If one of them finds a job is steady, she possibly won’t change her job, even though the salary is not good enough. For them, changing jobs takes too much courage and time; it’s not so wise to change. Steady is the most important factor for them. Whether to change jobs, it’s up to you. I think it both has advantages and disadvantages. If you think the job you do right now is not good enough, you can seek for a better job; if you can’t take the risk of resign, you had better stay.
Some people tend to stick to their positions all tile time, as theythink the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one will be at it. Some have been teachers all their lives. Some devote their life energy to scientific research. Such people love their work and turn out to be specialists in their own field. they are usually high achievers.
Some are different. they are in the habit of job-hopping, for they always pursue what is new and stimulating. They never seem content with their present situation. some like to meet more people, make more money and new acquaintances; so they hop from job to job.
As far as i am coneerned, I want to be professionally strong. I am not in favor of constanr job hopping, as the saying goes "jack of all trades, master of none". but I want to have opportunities for advancement and as many colleagues as possible to cooperate and communicate with so as to be more creativc and less partial.
