㈡ 合同英语翻译

1.“Year” means (subject to any other Agreement by the parties) from January 1st to December 31th, inclusive ring the term of this agreement and, for the calendar year or part thereof in which this agreement shall terminate, the period from January 1 to the date of termination.
“年度”指（如双方其它协议另有规定，则以其它协议为准）本协议有效期间的1月1日至12月31日（包含这两个日期）这段时间；在本协议终止的公历年份，则指1月1日至本协议终止日期这段时间。
2.Dereciation” in any year means the dection from income of an amount in respect of depreciable assets on a straight-line computed on basis laws and regulation of the Lao PDR. Unused depreciation can be carried forward for up to seven years.
任意年度的“贬值”指根据老挝法律法规，按直线法从收入中扣除与贬值资产有关的金额。未使用的贬值额最长可结转七年。
