一、听力：

1、听不懂也要听。

2、练习听力，要充分利用心理学上的无意注意，现在，大部分同学都有随身听，所以，无论何时何地，只要一有空闲时间，就应该听英语磁带，使自己处于英语的语言环境中，也许你没听清楚说些什么，这不要紧，你可以随便做其他事情，不用去有意听，只要你的周围有外语环境的发音，你的听力就会提高。

3、我感觉，想突破听力，应先从慢速英语入手，比如VOA听力英语。因为,一开始就去听那些原版的标准速度的听力资料,是极不科学的，它会使我们刚刚培养起来的自信心受到巨大的重创，会使我们中的一大部分人就此放弃.

听听力时，首先要保证一段录音你是完完全全地听懂了.什么是完完全全的听懂了呢?就是每听完一句话,你都能准确的复述出来,包括每一个单词.

其次，要做到能够惟妙惟肖的同步复述了.但我们不能就此满意，因为这些完全是些机械的模仿,刻板的复述.这种机械的重复对于我们的口语和开口能力是不会有"事半功倍"的效果的.我们的目标应是：学会用自己的话, ..........
