Life in Village
The life in the village is very simple. In the daytime, people get up early. They make breakfast, clean the house and feed the animals. After breakfast, they
go out and start their farm work. Sometimes, they stay outside all the day. They come home until the sunset. Because of the hardwork, farmers usually go to
sleep very early. They have to have a good rest to prepare for the next day.
Urban or Rural life
Some people think that they may live a better life in the city rather than in the countryside. For them, everything is available in the city they are living: they can buy what they want, enjoy what they find, and catch up with what is fashionable.
I think they are right. People would like to do some shopping in the city, for there are many goods for them to choose; parents want to send their children in the city, for the ecational facilities in the city are more advanced; workers hope to work in the city, for they have more opportunities and can earn more money. Yet people still go the countryside to enjoy the rural life if they have time to enjoy the fresh air, traditional food and local customs.
Therefore, I prefer the urban life in terms of my work and study. When I am free, I love to go to the countryside to have fun and get relaxed.

life。
the
latest
movie还能join
clubs
with
lights
are
beautiful。
singing
variaty
of
public
pollution和too
much
pressure。
of
the
parking
fresh
air还有fantastic
rural
scene。
the
latest
fun
at
bars)。
advanced
equipments
in
I like the countryside because the air in the countryside is clean and fresh. The river is clean, too.I can go fishing every day.I can also feed chickens. They are very interesting.I don't have to get up very early.I like living in the countryside very much!
Life in a city and the countryside
are many difference between the living conditions of people in a city and in the countryside. Life in the countryside seems to offer much closeness to Nature and among people, but to me, living in a city is obviously more colorful and fulfilling.
In a city, one can usually find many interesting places such as museums and parks to go and see, while in the countryside the places one can go to are limited. Another major differences are that of going to school. A city usually has many good schools, where teachers are of high level and teaching facilities are advanced, which in turn can train high-level students. But in the countryside, teaching conditions are low so that the number of students who can go to college is small. An equally important contrast is the variation of shopping facilities. In a city anyone can shop around until they buy what they are satisfied. For examplae, if you want to buy an overcoat, there are many shopping centers you can go to where you can select and bargain. In the countryside, as there are much fewer shopping facilities, people do not have the choice in the first place.
On the whole, life in a city has many advantage over that in the countryside.
Most of my friends live in the city, yet they always go into raptures at the mere mention of the country. Though they extol the virtues of the peaceful life, only one of them has ever gone to live in the country and he was back in town within six months. Even he still lives under the illusion that country life is somehow superior to town life. He is forever talking about the friendly people, the clean atmosphere, the closeness to nature and the gentle pace of living. Nothing can be compared, he maintains, with the first cockcrow, the twittering of birds at dawn, the sight of the rising sun glinting on the trees and pastures. This idyllic pastoral scene is only part of the picture. My friend fails to mention the long and friendless winter evenings in front of the TV ---- virtually the only form of entertainment. He says nothing about the poor selection of goods in the shops, or about those unfortunate people who have to travel from the country to the city every day to get to work. Why people are prepared to tolerate a four-hour journey each day for the bious privilege of living in the country is beyond me. They could be saved so much misery and expense if they chose to live in the city where they rightly belong.
If you can do without the few pastoral pleasures of the country, you will find the city can provide you with the best that life can offer. You never have to travel miles to see your friends. They invariably live nearby and are always available for an informal chat or an evening's entertainment. Some of my acquaintances in the country come up to town once or twice a year to visit the theatre as a special treat. For them this is a major operation which involves considerable planning. As the play draws to its close, they wonder whether they will ever catch that last train home. The city dweller never experiences anxieties of this sort. The latest exhibitions, films, or plays are only a short bus ride away. Shopping, too, is always a pleasure. There is so much variety that you never have to make do with second best. Country people run wild when they go shopping in the city and stagger home loaded with as many of the exotic items as they can carry. Nor is the city without its moments of beauty. There is something comforting about the warm glow shed by advertisements on cold wet winter nights. Few things could be more impressive than the peace that descends on deserted city streets at weekends when the thousands that travel to work every day are tucked away in their homes in the country. It has always been a mystery to me why city dwellers, who appreciate all these things, obstinately pretend that they would prefer to live in the country.

Living in the countryside, problems such as the traffic jam, housing problem and instrial pollution which may puzzle the citizens can't be exist. People lead a simple life in pure nature. There is much less noise and pollution than the city. The idyllic pastoral scene which make up with the first cockcrow, the twittering of birds at dawn, the sight of the rising sun glinting on the trees and pastures is only part of the picture. Obviously, the environment is good for human’ health. But rural life may not be that perfect. People usually lack cultural activities. Things go fairly slowly there. What's more, they also miss some golden opportunities of making a fortune.
