一般注意事项：
1.
不要做缩写。比如doesn't要写成does not
2.
文章开门见山，不用寒暄太多。
3.
一定采用书面语言，比如收到写成receive，不用got
4.
不要在句尾轻易用感叹号，注意标点符号的使用。逗号句号后面一定空格。
5.
写完全文要写落款：sincerely加上逗号然后再在一行的开写上你的名字
6.
名字就是自己的英文名（如果对方已经知道你的英文名字）如果给陌生的外国人发邮件的话，就是名字的拼音。比如张小明就是Xiaoming Zhang
