一、准備素材

二、版面設計

三、錄入文字素材
1、新創建Word文檔。
2、讀取已有的四個文檔內容
(1)打開「雲南簡介．doc」文檔，然後單擊「編輯」菜單的「全選」命令選擇整個文擋，接著單擊復制按
鈕。
(2)切換到新建的手抄報文擋，然後確定粘貼位置後，單擊「粘貼」按鈕。錄入文章時按從左到右、從上到
下的次序錄入，可先不考慮雲南簡介》文章的「分欄「。
(3)順序依次將」雲南十八怪」、」滇池風景區名勝區.doc」、「路南石林風景區.doc「等文擋中的
內容復制到小報中。
(4)插入報頭、作者名等。
四、製作大標題
可以通過插入藝術字來設計漂亮的「旅遊家」文字作為手抄報的大標題。
五、給文章段落分欄
(1)拖動選擇「雲南簡介」的所有內容(標題除外)。
(2)單擊「格式」菜單的「分欄」命令，出現下一對話框，如[圖2]所示。
(3)在欄數框中輸入2或在「預設」欄中選擇「兩欄」，單擊「確定」按鈕。
六、為文本型文章添加文本框：
1．拖動選擇「雲南十八怪」的內容。
2．單擊菜單命令「插入——文本框——橫排——雲南十八怪「的內容用一個文本框括住。
3．適當改變文本框的大小使它能看到其中的全部內容。
4．設置文本框的格式（包括背景色、線條的顏色和粗細、版式為四周型等）。
5．將文本框拖動到所需的位置。
七、製作小標題
可以為「滇池風景名勝區「和」路南石林風景區「小標題加上邊框，這樣看起來更醒目。
1。 拖動選擇小標題的內容。
