我家鄉的風味小吃有很多,如盒子糕、鍋邊糊、豆腐專丸、臭豆屬腐......但我最喜歡的要數臭豆腐了。

在浦城的大街小巷不時傳來一陣陣誘人的叫賣聲:「快來買了,正宗的臭豆腐,又香又便宜!」提起臭豆腐,我們浦城人誰都會豎起大拇指的。

臭豆腐聞起來臭,吃起來香。今天和媽媽一起上街,我又央求媽媽給我買臭豆腐。只見攤主把一塊塊一寸見方的臭豆腐從「鹵水」里撈出來,再放到油鍋內炸。這時,就能聽到一陣陣「吱吱」的響聲。大約炸了兩分鍾,一串串臭豆腐便熟了,攤主利落地把一串串臭豆腐便可以吃了。我拿著臭豆腐放在嘴邊輕輕地咬一口,「哇,真好吃!」我情不自禁地叫道。我狼吞虎咽地吃著臭豆腐,好像山珍海味也比不上似的。不知不覺地,一串臭豆腐便下肚了,這時,我才覺得嘴巴好辣,辣得我「呼哧、呼哧」地喘著粗氣。旁邊的媽媽笑嘻嘻地對我說:「還要不要來一串呀?」我搔著頭,不好意思地回答道:「想是想,可惜肚子太小了。」媽媽聽了,指著我的頭說:「你這只小饞貓。」說完,我們都哈哈大笑起來。
