1、著裝准備
當應聘者進入考場後，面試官首先看到的是應聘者的儀表儀態，面試官對應聘者的第一印象或多或少會影響應聘者的考評，所以應聘者在儀表儀態方面要給予足夠的重視。

3、互動細節准備
師生互動是活躍課堂氣氛必不可少的部分。英語教師要根據學生的年齡段來選擇相應的師生互動方式。中小學生通常採用游戲、活動來調動學生的積極性;高中生、大學生可以採用討論熱點話題來激發學生的邏輯分析能力。
當然，互動的形式有很多，其目的都是為了讓學生充分理解所講內容的重點，同時也顯得你的課堂豐富多彩。
4、多模擬訓練
無論是朋友，還是家人重要的是具有傾聽者，讓他們給予建議。很多人在講台上面臨老師就慌了神，導致不過關，原因就在於沒有模擬演練，可以找老師，也可以找教育相關的朋友，一定能有幫助。
5、細節控制
有的時候，往往是細節決定了能否勝出。所以，不能忽視細節。整個面試過程盡量全部用英文交流，盡量不要用漢語。口語要流利，不要反復重復或停頓，注意語音語調和語速。表達要符合邏輯，思路清晰。同時要注意，講課過程中比較好脫書脫教案講課，適當書寫板書，書寫要工整。
