1、自我介紹

自我介紹的時間為20秒左右。在英語四級的口語考試中，自我介紹環節是考試前的熱身，在這環節中你可以及時調整自己的心態，緩解自己緊張的情緒，輕松自然應考即可。自我介紹簡單描述下自己的名字、學校、性格、愛好等，不用太復雜。

2、短文朗讀

朗讀時間約為1分鍾。朗讀考察同學們的基本發音技巧，比如連讀、濁化、聲調變化等，要做到發音清晰、自然。在備考的時候，同學們可以去復習音標的讀法，跟著音標發音教學視頻反復跟讀，查漏補缺，可以結合單詞練習音標發音。

掌握了音標自然就掌握了單詞的拼讀能力。在朗讀中如果遇到不懂的單詞以根據自己已掌握的發音規則推斷其發音。

3、簡短問答、個人陳述和兩人互動

簡短問答環節同學們要注意聽，做好筆記，回答的時候條理清晰、觀點明確即可。個人陳述環節要注意不要跑題，圍繞所給信息回答，不要答非所問。

兩人互動環節主要是考查同學們發表意見、參與討論、辯論等口頭交際能力。所以在討論互動的過程應有問有答，不要冷場了。在備考的時候可以和自己的小夥伴互相練習。
