Ⅱ 四級建議信格式
建議書的格式和一般書信大體相同。
標題：通常只寫「建議書」三個字，有時為了突出建議的具體內容，可以寫《關於×××的建議書》。題目要寫在第一行的中間，字體要大些。
頂格：稱呼 提出的建議希望得到哪些人的響應，稱呼就寫哪些人。要寫在第二行頂格，後面加冒號。（ 如：尊敬的校長：）下一行可加您好；再加感嘆號。
空兩格：正文就是建議的內容，從第三行空兩格開始寫。先寫這個問題是什麼，再寫提出建議的理由，最後寫建議的具體內容。如果內容較多，可以分條寫。
