呵呵，我剛大學畢業，之前在准備英語四級的時候也同樣遇到你這么類似的情況，回聽力比較差，你答讓我推薦適合四級的歌曲，說真的，我還是建議你在每晚睡覺的時候多聽聽歷年考過的四級真題以及模擬試題的聽力部分，這樣就有一定的語感了，而且會加深英語的印象。這樣對你的聽力也很有好處的，我就是這么過來的，最後也成功的過了六級。。。。呵呵，希望能幫到你。
另外，還是給你推薦一些比較通俗易懂的歌曲給你吧，在大學里我也經常聽的，my love（演唱者westlife）

要是你英語想達到一定的高度聽阿姆的歌咯，說唱 Stan(比較早了)，mockingbird（阿姆寫給女兒的歌）
莎拉寇娜的love is colour blind也不錯
上面的歌是聽的比較多的，love in December的歌詞尤為簡單，聽五六遍就會唱了

呵呵，不知道你們學校的考試類型是什麼樣的，一般的話練聽力在短時間內快速成功是不太可能的，不過從現在開始應該不晚，還有就是我考試的時候還沒有機考，所以聽力的速度是比較慢的，不知道你們有的英語教材是不是新視野的，四級考試的聽力速度比新視野的還要慢一些，所以不用擔心，練聽力當然是看一些情景喜劇最好，老友記肯定有人向你推薦過吧？這個就非常不錯的，當然如果你想看電影我這里也有比較合適一點的

taylor swift的歌，艾薇兒的快歌，如hello Kitty ， rock ＆roll，never growing up。還有比伯的一些歌像如，as long as you love me （裡面有段rap）boyfirend應該可以。Taylor swift的歌比較特殊，因為版權問題，所以你只能在網路上，或者酷狗音樂上找到原版。像她的一些style，out of the woods（速度很快），shake it off ，mean都應該還行。還有one direction的歌。
