1. 要每次都大量地背。因為自己不比別人聰明，所以背完單詞，別人忘掉五分之一，自己決不會比別人忘得少。然而，別人每天背十個單詞，自己卻可以背一百個，忘掉五分之一，還剩八十個，是別人最聰明狀態下的十倍。每天一百個是最低限。其實背到後來您會發現這個要求並不高，一個月後，您可能自然而然地就背到三百或者五百。

您好，大學英語四級的詞彙很多人都是按照自身能力安排每天背幾個，但很多時候應該是無法在考試之前背完的。所以反向思維這么看，從現在到今年年底的12月10日，你需要每天背（或是看）多少個單詞，才能夠背/看完。
大學英語四級的詞彙大概有4千個左右，但其中的2千來個都是高中詞彙的拓展，詞性的變化，或是用法改變，或是詞義改變，所以在一定程度上屬於派生詞彙，而不算是全新的詞彙。剩餘的2千個就是大學英語的范疇了。而這4千個詞彙中只有大概1千左右是重點詞彙，或是高頻率詞彙。所有每天消化幾個需要看您選擇哪一種詞彙了。
而您的截屏中的這一本已經把詞彙分成了4個成分，其中核心詞彙分成25個列表，認知詞彙分成5個列表，再加上基礎詞彙，和超綱詞彙。盡管不是很確定全部共有多少，但按照老方式，假如核心詞彙共有1000個，每天背10個，每個星期50個，周六和周日鞏固，那麼需要20個周才能夠完成；每天背20個，每個星期100個，需要10周；每天背30個，每個星期150個，需要7周；每天40個，每個星期200個，需要5周；每天背50個，每個星期250個，需要4周。
然後就是看您的目標假如僅僅是大學英語四級及格的426分，也就是710分的60%了，也就是您需要最少掌握這些詞彙中的60%才行。
個人建議您可以這么做。去掉超綱詞彙（大概是四級詞彙到了六級屬於拓展詞彙），從明天11月4號到考前的12月9號，共有35天，您可以這么計算：
1）核心詞彙有25個列表，按照這個列表走，35天共有5個星期，每個星期過5個列表，也就是每天需要過1個列表，然後星期六和星期日復習這5個列表；下個星期開始另外5個列表，星期六和星期日復習這個星期和上個星期的共10個列表的詞彙。做到能夠大概記得最少一半的詞彙就行了。然後第三個星期就是第二個和第三個星期的列表復習。
2）認知詞彙表共有5個列表，每個星期1個列表，建議在周末的兩天看，不要求背，但起碼過一次，可以挑星期六
3）基礎列表不確定有多少個詞彙，但您可以把總數除以5，也就是每個星期的量了。假如基礎列表有1000個，那麼每個星期就是200個了。這些詞彙應該都是高中詞彙和拓展詞彙。再把這200個分為5天（星期一到星期五），每天40個。這40個是您必須背下來的。
這樣看，就是：
1）從現在開始的每個星期一到星期五（或是連續5天），每天的基礎列表量必須背下來，達到100%
2）星期一到星期五的核心詞彙表（或是連續5天），每天一個列表，每個星期5個列表，達到掌握最少一半的詞彙就行了；
3）星期六（或是第6天），看認知詞彙表，每個星期一個列表，多看幾次，不需要背；
4）星期日（或是第7天），把這個星期的基礎詞彙，核心詞彙的5個列表，和認知詞彙表1個列表再復習一次就行了。
5）建議您每個周末做一套真題。聽力和閱讀理解通常可以靠較多的詞彙量拿到高分，但填空題，翻譯題這兩個較難；寫作比高考上了一個檔次，一個標題看您的發揮能力和英語句型結構的掌握，這3個較難在短期內提高，所以重點作聽力和閱讀理解。
這樣5個星期應該就可以把這本書看完了。大學英語考試已經不是您能夠消化多少的問題，而是您必須消化的問題。盡管不知道您現在是大幾，但大學期間可以考很多次的，而詞彙是基礎，詞彙量直接決定了英語能力了。
盡管現在的大學英語四六級等級證書已經和學位證和畢業證脫鉤了，但每年大學畢業生中大概有8成的都過了四級，不到4成過了六級。很多企事業單位也把大學英語四級證書作為應聘的一個硬性要求，或是會傾向於有證書而且分數較高的應聘者了。現在的一些大學也開始硬性要求沒有大學英語四級合格成績是無法考研的。所以英語盡管在中小學降壓了，但在大學和求職中卻是越來越重要，尤其是重點大學和較大的企事業和外企了。
