I. 普通英語四級和英語專業四級有什麼不一樣要求分別是什麼
大學英語四級考試（College English Test，簡稱CET）是由國家教育部高等教育司主持的全國性教學考試；考試的主要對象是根據教育大綱修完大學英語四級或六級的大學本科生或研究生。
英語專業四級考試（TEM-4，Test for English Majors-4），全稱為全國高校英語專業四級考試。自1991年起由中國大陸教育部實行，考察全國綜合性大學英語專業學生。考試內容涵蓋英語聽、讀、寫、譯各方面。筆試形式考核，無口試，一般只有英語專業大學生可以報考。
為檢驗大學英語四、六級考試的信度與效度，「全國大學英語四、六級考試委員會」與「英國文化委員會」合作進行了為期三年的「大學英語四、六級考試效度研究」。研究結果表明，大學英語四、六級考試無論在信度上還是在效度上都符合大規模標准化考試的要求，其考試結果得到了社會的承認，目前的考試規模已達到每年240萬人次。

CET全國四六級考試的報名時間為：每年1月份、6月份（每年時間略有不同）
考試時間為：每年一月份第三個星期六，口試安排在4月底5月初；筆試每年6月份第三個星期六， 口試安排在4月底5月初 四級：8元；六級：16元(由教育部確定，每年收費略有不同)
