學習英語要五官並用
下面這種方法可以用於對英語的預習：
拿到一個有聲文本，我一般會專進行五遍聽音。屬（基本英語書上都有網址的，可以去網上下載課文的聽力）
聽第一遍：
進行聽音不看課文。
聽第二遍：
把自己聽到的東西寫下來，進行聽寫，能寫多少是多少。
聽第三遍：
一邊放錄音，一邊對照課文，看自己所聽寫的內容和原文有什麼差距，尤其要注意自己寫錯和沒有聽出來的地方。
聽第四遍：
一邊聽，一邊進行跟讀，就是看課文，聽錄音，跟讀。
聽第五遍：
不看課文，聽錄音，進行更讀。
英語「周期學習法」
英語的學習和語文一樣需要積累，因此也要講究循序漸進、零存整取。
這樣看來，在英語方面我們每天需要做的包括：
1，記憶四五個單詞（不包括你明天需要聽寫的）
2，做十幾個單項選擇（不是老師布置得作業）
3，一篇完形填空或兩篇閱讀理解（同2）
4，復習一下語法。
