一、 確閱讀任務

二、 讀全文,了解大意

明確任務後,應迅速閱讀全文來了解文章主要內容,以及文章的感情基調、作者的意圖、態度傾向。在材料後的問題設置中,經常有對文章大意的考查。對於概括大意的題目,需要通篇考慮,對要點加以歸納概括,這類題目有時可以從文中找到答案,但有時需要用自己的話來概括。這類題,屬於難度較大的題,對文章還得再讀一讀,才能總結出來。除此之外,還經常考查「給文章擬一個標題」。這類題目可以通過尋找主題句和高頻詞來完成。根據英文寫作的特點,主題句往往是首句或結尾句,但當沒有主題句時,則應從全文中全面、簡練地去提煉、概括。文章的標題可以是單詞、短語,也可以是句子,但不管是什麼,確定標題必須遵循以下兩個原則:① 概括性原則,即標題應在最大程度上覆蓋全文,體現文章的中心大意。② 醒目性原則,即標題必須力求吸引讀者的注意力。

三、 讀細節,逐題攻克

(一) 尋找細節,從原文中找答案

在經過第二步泛讀全文之後,對於材料後面問題的細節考查題,在文章中所處的大體位置有所了解。然後就可以採用「跳讀」的方式來尋找細節在原文中的對應,跳讀的目的就是為細節尋找答案。如閱讀填空或填表題,這種題目要求學生通過閱讀材料,獲取相關信息,以填寫詞語或補全句子的方式完成表格或圖表。還有一些題目是對文章細節的直接設問,答案通常可以從原文中找到。從各地中考題看來,是有相當比例的此類題目。

(二) 精讀細節,理解深層含義

任務型閱讀,也是閱讀理解的一種題型,不僅考查學生直接獲取信息的能力,還可考查學生通過已知信息進行推理,研究細節的暗示,推敲作者的態度,理解文章的寓義。因此,這就要求考生要具備通過已知信息進行判斷推理能力和透過字面意思解讀深層含義能力,這一類型題在閱讀測試中屬於難度較大的題目。在做這一類型的題目時,考生應在理解全文的基礎上,捕捉文章中有關的信息,精讀特定細節及周圍的句子來幫助理解。做這一類型的題時,還需注意:① 把握文章的內在邏輯關系,以文章提供的事實和觀點為依據,立足原文,推斷未知。不能主觀臆造,憑空想像,隨意揣測,更不能以自己的觀點代替作者的觀點。② 在理解全文的基礎上,吃透文章的字面意思,從字里行間捕捉一些線索,對文章的表面意思進行挖掘加工,悟出作者的深層含義或弦外之音。

我們可以通過以上三種方法來答題,還需要注意一下「答題要求」:

① 在答題時,總的原則就是:能簡略回答,盡量簡略回答。

讀文:快速瀏覽全文.把握短文大意,再讀文章文章內容.找准細節定位。任務型閱讀要求考生解讀語篇,掌握文章的框架結構和段落大意,又要求考生對具體的事實細節進行查找和定位、理解和轉換。因此,在閱讀文章時,考生應適時恰當地運用多種閱讀技巧,對文章進行全面的理解。

填表:抓住有效細心,准確填好表格。任務型閱讀考查學生通過快速閱讀捕捉信息的能力,又要求對文中信息進行理解轉換,並進行適當的邏輯推理和歸納總結,在填表時.力爭返回原文,找出與題目有關的內容,抓住關鍵詞彙,填好所缺單詞。填好表格後,再次校對所填單詞拼寫是否正確.是否符合文章內容。

Waste can bring a lot of problems. Although China is rich in some resources (資源), we are short of others, for example, fresh water. It is reported that we will have no coal or oil to use in 100 years. So if we go on wasting our resources, what can we use in the future and where can we move? Think about it. In our everyday life, we can do many things to prevent (阻止) waste from happening, for example, turn off the water taps when we finish washing, turn off the lights when we leave the classroom, try not to order more food than we need, and so on. 任務型閱讀理解不但考查學生閱讀理解的能力,還考查學生寫的能力,所謂讀寫結合。所以在寫的過程中就應特別注意書寫規范:單詞的首字母是否應大寫,單詞拼寫無誤,單詞的詞形、詞性,句子的語法准確,時態語態正確,固定搭配等等。在翻譯句子時尤其要慎重,結合語境,反復斟酌,努力做到萬無一失。

下面是一道滿分為10分的試題, 每題2分。

5. 外研版英語 [外研版新標准初中英語教材的整合]

2005年秋季,肇慶市統一使用了外研版新標准英語教材。兩年多來,本市很多教師對這套教材有著不同的體驗和感受。在學生基礎較好的班級,任課教師認為這是一套非常好的教材,能擴大學生的知識面,加強英語能力;但在學生基礎較差的班級,任課教師認為部分教材內容偏難,教學時間緊迫,學生學習興趣不高,教學質量不理想。本文以此為立足點,研究如何根據實際情況對此套教材進行整合,介紹一些整合教材的有效方法、技巧並運用於實踐加以論證。

一、模塊之間的調整

模塊之間的調整是指依據學生的興趣和認知特點,對各模塊的順序進行調整。模塊與模塊之間有相關的內容,如家人、工作、喜好等,將相關內容進行調整,就能幫助學生有效地建構知識體系。若教材中某個模塊的內容恰巧與學生現實生活的某些事情相關,在語言知識的銜接方面沒有太大問題的基礎上,教師就可以提前教授這個模塊。例如初一下學期剛過完春節回來,我就提前上了第二模塊「Spring Festival」,符合生活實際,增加了學生的興趣。

二、模塊內的調整

每個模塊都有三個單元,模塊內的調整指教師根據模塊內的邏輯順序,對教學內容作重新調整,更好地體現知識的系統性和完整性。譬如初一下冊Mole4中Unit 3語言點中的Activity 4,這一部分跟Unit 2的閱讀放在一起,作為閱讀的又一任務來完成似乎會更好一些;Unit 2的Activity 7與Unit 1的Activity 8又可以結合在一起等等。

三、單元內的調整

單元內調整指重新調整和組合某一單元內幾個部分的順序。上課時可以不按照教材上的Activity一步一步地走,可以根據課文內容及學生的實際情況對整個模塊的Activity作些更改、取捨。比如初一下冊Mole 3的Unit 1, 我講課時省略了Activity 5和Activity 6, 重點放在Activity 4, 讓學生找出答案後,work in pairs將答案讀出來。這樣既能達到Activity 5的學習目的,又能夠糾正Activity 5里詞語的發音,避免由於太多的Activity而有零散之感。
對於學習基礎較差的學生,教師可刪減教材中難度大、無法學習掌握的內容,適當補充一些適合學生認知水平的知識,適當縮小學生的學習范圍,以求教學實效。對學習基礎較好的學生,教師可以提供、補充學習資料或教材,協調利用有效資旦坦帆源,拓展和擴大學生的學習范圍,以促進學生個性發展。如學習初二上冊第五模塊「Western Music」時,涉及到古典音樂、爵士音樂等知識,學生對此比較陌生。我和備課組的同事尋找了有關資料、製作了CD給學生聽,讓學生對這些音樂有了充分的認識。
學生上初中後,面臨著單詞量突然加大、內容增多、難度加強等諸多問題。出於「溫故而知新」「軟著陸」的考慮,外研版英語七年級上學期有4個Mole的Starter(小學該學的主要內容)和10個Mole的初一(上)學習內容。第1和第2模塊主要介紹自己及家人,我將這兩個模塊內容進行了整合,刪減了一些學生熟知的Activities,將重點放在了口語訓練和寫作上。我非常重視每個Mole 的Unit3中的「Around the World」部分,讓學生提前查找相關信息,然後在課上一起分享,增強了學生獲取信息和處理信息的能力。每個Mole都有寫作任務,我要求基礎好的學生學習寫一定字數的文章,基礎較差的學生可以按課本的要求寫句子。除信鬥了課本上的聽力及閱讀材料外,我還給學生提供了更多與教材同話題的閱讀材料。
我參加工作以來一共使用過四套教材,每一套都有自身的優缺點,如能結合各種教材的優點,模雹集思廣益,用於自己的教學,將會收益不少。我認為初二下英語新標准課本後workbook聽力的內容對於部分同學較難,於是採用了人教版的部分錄音資料訓練聽力。講同一個話題時,我們也可以將幾種版本的閱讀材料進行匯合和整理,編寫閱讀題目,考查學生閱讀能力。
整合教材是一個必要而又需要技巧的過程。教師在整合中注意不要將教材整合過度,應該聯系實際需要,真正為教學服務。教師的素質及經驗也影響著整合教材的效果。因此,教師應努力提高個人專業水平,認真總結經驗和教訓,活用教材,提高教學成績。
