英語讀書筆記1
1. 符號筆記
就是用不同形狀或不同顏色的線條、圖形在書刊上作出標記。有時還可以配合符號寫上簡要的幾個字使符號的意義更具體明確。
這種筆記一般在初次閱讀時使用目的是引起注意。因為在閱讀過程感到有些問題須作進一步思考或者要設法記住它便隨手標示出來准備回過頭來再仔細研究。
必須強調的是書刊要是屬於自己的才能在上面打上各種標記。如果書刊是圖書館或朋友的藏書切忌使用這種形式。常見有人在借來的書上面亂寫亂畫這種舉動的用意可能藉此炫耀學識但在別人看來這些圈圈點點刻畫出一個醜陋的靈魂令人惡心。一個自尊自重的人是不該去做這種蠢事的。
符號筆記的各種符號各代表什麼意思由自己掌握。但要注意:各符號使用前要加以設計線條和圖形的含義要固定閱讀自始至終都要前後一致不能一天一變否則反而把自己弄糊塗了。使用的符號不可過多這樣才能保證一打開圈點過的書就能看明白。還要注意圈點和勾劃的地方也不宜過多通篇都加了五花八門的記號反而起不到突出重點的作用。
2. 批註筆記
批註筆記就是在書眉上寫上校文、訂誤、提示、心得、評語等眉批或在原文後面加尾批在行與行之間加行批在正文兩邊加旁批在佳妙處加旁點在最精警處加旁圈。這類筆記的好處是隨讀隨寫不受約束往往迸發出思想的火花。寫得好的批註筆記小而精見解獨到一語破的能啟發頓悟即所謂「思理入妙要言不繁。」這樣的批註是哲學思辯性與文學精煉性的統一不但於筆記者本人有回味的價值其他讀者亦以一睹為快。
批註時應該做到既言之有物又簡明扼要。批語要有分析不管是褒是貶都應該說出點根據來。但批語也不應過長啰哩啰唆地說不到點子上也不好。
和符號筆記一樣這種形式也是當書刊是屬於自己時才適用。
3. 摘抄式筆記
就是把原文重要的語句、數據、公式、定理、精彩段落、精闢的論述、佳句、警句或重要的史實、資料等摘錄下來甚至全抄原文以便日後查檢。關於詞句、個別論點、個別事物的摘錄則宜用卡片或活頁紙的形式以便於分類保存查檢;長篇文章的詳細抄寫宜用筆記本的形式可多備幾個筆記本按需要分門類分別抄寫。更為省事的就是將這些文字(或圖畫)剪下來帖在筆記本或不用的雜志上。如果書刊不是自己的則可以先復印後剪貼。採用摘抄式筆記須注意:
(1) 摘抄那些精彩、有價值、有必要的內容。
(2) 錄後要經過核對注意與原文相符甚至標點符號也要與原文一樣否則就有可能把作者的原意弄錯。
(3) 摘抄前後或中間有所省略要用省略號表示。如果遇上原文已有的省略號要加括弧註明「(省略號為原文已有)」以便於區別。
(4) 一定要在抄錄(或剪貼)後註明資料的來源如書名或刊名、編著者、出版社、出版年月等需要時可查考原文。
(5) 使用卡片摘抄資料時一張卡片只能記一條材料否則不便於分類也不便於檢索。
(6) 如果能在抄錄後隨時寫一點體會、感想可以加深自己對原文的理解。

1學外語無捷徑。
盡管不能否認,好的教材,輔助設備,老師,環境,以及個人的恆心乃至天分,都對學好外語有一定作用。然而絕不存在一種超越一切普通方法的神招妙術。國內近二十年來流行過無數的國外英語教材和五花八門的學習方法,然而無不是曇花一現。常識和專家早就告訴我們:學外語和學其他一種技能一樣,只能靠日積月累,無論什麼方法都一樣。
2"成功"與否取決於具體目地。
十個學外語的人大概就有十種不同的目地。例如考級,職稱,學分,工作需要,留學,進入外企,上網瀏覽,乃至於看懂產品說明書等等。目的不同,所要投入的`時間和精力也大不相同。例如對於一個受過中等以上教育,除了"ABC"之外基本沒有英語基礎的人,看懂簡短的英語的產品說明書也只需半小時。要通過英語六級則需三至五年時間(依上述條件的不同而異)。若要達到和自己的母語一樣的水平,唯一的辦法就是終生學習,天天使用。
3學習的方法和側重點也取決於學習的目標。
我感到國內目前流行的英語教學方式太強調聽,說,讀,寫面面俱到的訓練。其實絕大多數英語學習者是沒有或很少有機會"說"和"寫"的。因此這種訓練往往是事倍功半。因為學得再好不用很快就忘記了。對於絕大多數人來說,"讀"是唯一有實際效用,也是唯一能夠盡快掌握的技能。
4隻要有明確的目標和興趣,假以時日,任何人都可以學好一門甚至多門外語。
總而言之,從我個人的經歷看,學好英語主要是興趣和目標。這和做任何事沒什麼兩樣。很多人一開始興趣濃厚,可漸漸就興味索然了。這主要是缺乏明確的目標和動力。我開始學英語的目標是讀懂簡寫本的英文小說,後來變成讀懂英文原著。後來又希望能聽懂英語廣播,再後來又想能和外國人自由交談。這期間當然還有許多小的階段性目標。在每一個目標達到之後,你都會有一種成功的樂趣。如果漫無目的,或者好高鶩遠,就會很快感到沒趣或挫折。這是大多數人不能堅持下去的根本原因。至於什麼教材,什麼方法,都是些很次要的因素。其實這主要是因為其間斷斷續續,未能很好地堅持下去所至。因此,只有抱著濃厚的興趣和目確的目標,任何語言都是可以學好的。

商務英語口語實訓已經結束了,通過為期兩周的學習,我受益匪淺,口語能力得到了一定的提高,同時還學到了許多英語知識。 本實訓旨在使學生更加重視英語口語訓練並掌握口語表達的有效技巧,使學生進一步強化英語口語能力以適應職業的需要,從而培養較強的商務英語口語實際交際能力。通過本實訓,介紹幾種有效提高聽力和口語的學習方法,力圖克服學生開口難的畏懼心理,最終為學生提高商務英語的應用能力、增強商務環境下的英語口頭溝通能力提供具有建設性的語言學習啟示,從而建立起具有持續性的語言學習能力。
本次商務英語口語實訓主要學習了國際音標和情景劇練習。通過這兩大部分的訓練,培養了我們用英語朗讀各種題材書面材料的能力,培養我們在沒有文字憑借的情況下用英語表達自己的觀點的能力,清楚而邏輯的論證自己的觀點的能力,培養在特定的商務情境下不藉助文字輔助資料進行連貫而得體的交談的能力。 實訓要求我們認真參與、刻苦訓練,在准備階段能運用各種工具解決所遇到的問題,必要時能進行成功地團結合作,在檢查中能自如發揮,獨立完成所要求的任務。

學習的第二大部分是商務英語情景劇練習。第一章《interview》包括的內容主要是能夠流利、准確的說出選擇一份工作原因,在面試時最重要的是什麼,
在面試時應做的准備工作,包括:面試前、面試中、面試後。 通過面試的口語對話練習,讓我了解到面試時的常用語。通過把學到的英語知識運用到實際中,鍛煉了我們的口語能力。同時面試也是我們步入社會的第一步,對我們的將來起著極其重要的作用。第二章《reception and visit》學習的內容主要是如何向外賓致歡迎詞,如何與外商進行對話,以及與外商討論公司合作的有關事宜。 通過學習這一部分的知識,使客人更好地了解我們的公司,相信我們的公司,才能更好的進行交流合作。第三章《meeting and organization》學習的主要內容是組織會議的流程,包括會議的開始,回顧過去,陳述會議目標,重申會議重點,提醒大家注意時間,評論與反饋,結束會議等等。第四章《negotiation》主要講的是談判的一些技巧,比如如何開始談判,如何理解和贊同對方或反對和不贊同對方,如何進行討價還價,如何結束談判等等。第五章《marketing and sales》市場銷售是對外貿易也是商務活動中重要組成部分,其中包括市場調查、產品介紹、銷售產品、售後服務等方面。只有進行良好的市場調查才能更好的銷售商品。

現在的同學都有手機,電腦,如果你選擇看英語新聞來學英語的話,我建議你選擇選native的媒體,而不是China Daily之流。根據你自己偏的傾向選擇英國或美國的媒體,兩者在用詞、語言習慣和所涉時事上都相當不同。以下我為大家整理了英語閱讀做筆記的相關內容,希望對大家有所幫助!
1、第一遍,粗讀。
閱讀時不要藉助詞典或其他任何工具。遇到不認識的詞先做個記號,根據上下文迅速揣測一下可能是什麼意思,想不通就先放著別管,總之記住千萬不要因為查生詞而影響你第一遍的閱讀流暢性。有時你接著讀下去會發現這個詞頻繁出現了很多次,那麼你就知道這是一個跟這篇文章主題關羨游聯很大的關鍵詞,有很大可能需要重點記憶。同時你也有更多的上下文語境可以幫助你猜測這個詞的意思,如果還是猜不出來,依然是放著別管,繼續讀下去,直到讀完全文為止。
2、第二遍,以單詞為單位的部分精讀。
好了,你現在讀完一遍,應該多多少少把握了這篇文章的中心思想和主要內容了(這里請注意你這個把握度能達到多少,這關系著你選擇的材料是否適應你自己的水平兄森銷。如果只能把握50%以下——即全文一半以上對你來說都不知所雲,那可能是你選得太困難了,降低點標准,找更容易些的文章。反之如果能把握90%以上、基本能無障礙讀懂,那需要考慮適當提高標准)。你現在可以回頭看你做了記號的那些生詞,一個個查字典。如果是非常特殊非常冷門的專業名詞,那就扔一邊吧,你沒專業到要連這些也學。需要進入單詞本記憶的是更實用的'那些單詞。詞典方面,不推薦那種簡單羅列義項的英漢詞典,最好使用帶英英注譯的詞典(BE牛津劍橋,AE韋伯朗文柯林斯,etc。如果嫌翻紙質詞典太花時間,那麼買個包含所需詞典的電子詞典、或者搜個在線版都是可以的)。同時記住,你要做的不是死記硬背中文義項(這樣你以後很容易用錯也很容易遺忘,總之就是不能真正理解單詞),而是從英語的思維角度來分析這個詞——它的本義是什麼?有些什麼衍伸義又為什麼會這樣衍伸?
比如access這個詞,參照柯林斯高階英漢詞典,你會發現它有「進入(權);通道;入徑」 「查閱(或使用)的機會(或權利)」「接近(或面見)的機會(或權利)」「存取,訪問(計算機信息)」這四個義項。一字一句把這四個義項背下來既煩難也沒有意義。你要做的是概覽和分析這四個義項,可以發現它們的共同點——都是在表述「由外部進入/接近核心部分」這個行為。理解了這一點,自然可以靈活運用這些義項,同時還能順便記住這詞後面的介詞應該用to(因為描述的是一種方向性的動作)。
你也可以先學一點詞根詞綴相關知識,這樣很有利於理解一些比較復雜的復合詞的構造。
3、第三遍,以句為單位的部分精讀。
在理解了需要理解的生詞之後,再回到原文看那些含有生詞的句子。記憶單詞的最好方法永遠不是單個記憶,而是通過上下文記憶。這樣做的好處是:1)有上下文語境可以更方便你的記憶,也便於你以後模仿使用這個單詞和相應的句型;2)還是上一段里說的,方便你從英語的思維角度更准確地理解這個單詞該怎麼用,而不是用中文義項生搬硬套——因為沒有任何兩種語言里的單詞是一一對應的,中文裡一個單詞可能在英文里有好幾個詞分別對應其不同情境下的使用。比如說 Give you a color see see、 給你點顏色瞧瞧。就是一個生搬硬套的例子。春碧
在上述兩遍精讀完畢之後,進行單詞抄寫和記憶。
上述兩遍精讀的目的在於理解和記憶單詞的含義,而抄寫的目的則是為了記憶單詞的拼寫。方法很單純:手抄,口念。一定要一邊寫一邊念出聲,不要害羞。這樣做是為了能從視覺和聽覺兩方面來記憶單詞,更有效。同時英語單詞的發音和拼寫很有關聯性,即使以後你一時忘了,根據讀音也能把拼寫湊個八九不離十。
經過兩遍精讀之後,你對這個單詞長什麼樣子應該已經比較熟悉了(廢話,都看了那麼久了,肯定有印象的啊),所以抄寫次數倒不必太多。我個人習慣是一個單詞抄2—3遍。不必將所有單詞從頭到尾一次性全部抄完,這樣反而容易抄了後面忘前面。比如你可以設3個單詞為一組,抄完3個之後停一下,把這3個單詞重新看一遍,念一遍,腦子里再細細過一遍,確定記清楚了再抄接下來3個。——當然這里還涉及到一天閱讀量和記憶量多少為好的問題,後面再詳說。
4、第四遍,全文精讀/粗讀。
這一遍就看你具體情況了。如果沒太多時間,或者內容不是特別有興趣百讀不厭的,可以只粗略讀一遍就完。主要目的是在你已經把該認識的單詞都認識了的情況下把全文整體流暢地過一遍。如果你對內容特別有興趣很想仔細鑽研,或者很喜歡其文風行筆想多加記憶和模仿——總之,只要你還不厭倦、還有精讀的慾望,那麼可以精讀。

-------reading after a science pa-pe-r
These days , I am busy preparing my dissertation which is about web usage mining . I read some English pa-pe-rs and learnt much from them . And now , I want to say something about a pa-pe-r titled “Web Usage Mining :Discovery and Applications of Usage Patterns from Web Data”.
This is the first English pa-pe-r I read about dissertation and gave me great help .
This pa-pe-r is a review about web usage mining. It introced web usage mining in detail . Although it is a little old for it was published in 2000 , its contents are very useful today . It is organized according to the sequence of web usage mining and the six main parts are introction which tells me what is web usage mining , the sources and abstraction of web data , the three steps of web usage mining , taxonomy and project survey , websift overview , privacy issues . The third and fourth parts are most important . It had a list of existing project about web usage mining which I saw many times in other pa-pe-rs , but this pa-pe-r is the one creating this list . Besides , it has been referred for more then twenty times . As we all know that , the higher the referred number is , the more important the pa-pe-r is , so I consider this pa-pe-r to be an important and successful one in this region.
In my opinion , the succeof this pa-pe-r es to three reasons . The first reason is the profound computer knowledge owned by the authors . Web usage mining relates to many subjects , such as artificial intelligence , ontology , semantic analysis , but the most basic knowledge is computer science . The four authors are all professors of department of computer science and engineering in university of Minnesota . For myself , I am not major in computer science and I am not very good at computers , so I feel a little difficult to understand technologies used in this region.

He meets his daughter and knows that many people died in the war between America and Britain. Later, ,rip tells his strange story to his new friends in his new town——The United States of America.
Comment:
After reading, I think that Rip Van Winkle is a very interesting person. He likes talking with other people. He is good at communicate. So he has finding that it’s fine to stay with others. We must learn this from Rip. Rip also has some bad manners. He doesn’t like working. We mustn’t do as Rip does.

Comment:
What a great story it is! How exciting the trip under the sea was it! I also want to go with captain Nemo. But I’m afraid that I’m not so lucky as Aronnax. The life under the sea must be nice. There are many coral, water plants, fish, mineral procts in stead of worried and strife. I like that kind of world!

Love seems to be the perpetual theme all over the world. But actually what is love? For most girls in 20s, love may mean everything to them. They seek for love bravely no matter what difficulties they may face. In their eyes, love is pure or even holy. Pride and prejudice is Austin』s great work. Through the discussion of the different marriages and love, the writer demonstrates her concept about love and marriage: love and marriage is closely associated with property and society, however, love and marriage can not only be decided by the property and social status. An ideal marriage should be based on mutual affection, respect and the same interest. She rejects the marriage based only on wealth.
Different people have different ideas upon marriage. By the description and discussion of the four marriages in the novel, we can see that Austen fully expresses her views on love and marriage. Only by appreciating the marriage founded on the basis of mutual understanding and true love, but also by satirizing the marriage founded on the basis of origin and desire.
The marriage based on social position and money can』t bring happiness in life. Aimless marriage and love are unpractical.
Everything goes wrong for poor couples. Marriage based on wealth is not a fault. At least, it can offer us a better condition of life. Property is not everything in the life but without it, we can do nothing. This is called reality. But if you only married for wealth, you sell your liberty. I have never been to Troy, but David Maule made me feel as if I were standing on the high wall of Troy, watching the fierce war. Thanks to this British author, who adapted the famous Homer』s poem into a lively story, I found it easier to understand this story. Though the story happened over 3000 years ago in a remote place, I was deeply fascinated by it.
The mysterious plot is one of the reasons why I loved The Story of Troy so much, yet I am more interested in the human heroes of the war.
Hector was the eldest son of king of Troy, Priam. He was not only a real hero of Trojan, but was regarded the highest moral hero in Greek classic by later historians. The war started because of the mischief of his brother, Paris, whom he didn』t appreciate. However, since Hector was the commander of the Trojan army, he was obliged to fight with all force. It was really a tragedy that such a valiant man died in the el with another great warrior, Achilles.
It is natural to see death in a war. As a famous Chinese parable says, 「A life can be as slight as a piece of feather, or as weighty as Mount Tai.」 Sometimes, one』s glory walks hand in hand with one』s doom. Achilles was such a typical person. His personal charm made The Story of Troy more attractive. He was so crucial because his every appearance in a war encouraged his fellow soldiers and terrified the enemies. Actually, Achilles was half-god who was almost invincible in people』s mind. That』s why his name was memorized long after his death.
Besides the two great men, the wisdom of Odysseus also proved him to be a great hero. He didn』t want to attend the war because he was happily married and had a lovely son. However, since his country was allied to Mycenae, he had to take the command given by the king of Mycenae.

我們的行動:
語言輸出活動有練習性與交際性之分。練習性輸出以吸收剛學過的語言為目的,因此以准確性為評價標准;而交際性輸出活動則有效交際為目的,關注的焦點是內容而不是形式,因而以有效性為標准。讀後活動分四類:
1.以學生認知發展為中心的設計,即依據圖式理論在讀後活動中運用內容圖示、語言圖式及結構圖式對文本進一步的歸納、分析與討論。
2.以學生情感態度發展為中心的設計。這類活動以「美的評價與品味」為突破口來提煉與品讀自然美、社會美、人格美、語言美等。
3.以學生文化發展為中心的設計。語言有豐富的文化內涵,因此,教師應幫助學生在閱讀文本的基礎上關注文化、拓展文化知識的內容徐范疇。
4.以學生語言發展為中心的設計,即活動應充分提現目標語言、話題語言的運用。通過在一定的語境下重組閱讀文本的語言、轉換文本的某一方面(如文體、表達、順序、情景或人物等),仿寫(借鑒語言、借鑒片段、借鑒結構、借鑒話題等),擴展等讓學生在新的語境中進行需要實踐,從而鞏固和作用閱讀材料中的新學詞彙和語言結構。
以上為我們的行動原文摘抄。
上兩章(我們的困惑,我們的問題),我的反思都沒有提到閱讀讀後的設計,而就新教材的聽說課堂談了自己的理解。讀到我們的行動這一章,我才有了談閱讀讀後活動設計的沖動。上述的四大讀後活動,分工明確,目的明顯,但真正在課堂上,我想我們的活動應該是貫穿了這四大點。我們的活動最終還是在文本話題的基礎上,運用新的語言知識去探討舊的文化背景、文化知識,所以活動不可能千奇百變。活動形式只是學生真正掌握語言知識的腳手架,活動內容是根本。
這里談談讀後活動設計,就還在進行中的新單元舊文章「The Night The Earth Didn't Sleep」一文的閱讀讀後活動設計而言,我受新增的第五段內容啟發,放棄了課外活動的設計,直接變成讀後續寫欣賞。因為新增的第五段從內容上來看,並不是太符合標題的內容,學生們認為更像是一段續寫。續寫災後,唐山振興的新面貌。這個觀點,我完全同意。從第五段歌頌的內容來看,非常符合讀後續寫的宗旨—立德樹人,歌頌了災區人民面臨困難,不畏艱難,在政府和人民的幫助下,走出困難,過上幸福的生活。從語言特色來看,非常符合讀後續寫語言的需要。如:with符合結構,with the strong support from the government and people,the city…;介詞結構,in times of disasters,people should unify together and …這些語言風格都非常適合用來我們在續寫故事情節發展到高潮時,人物的心理和行動變化。
近一年,學生們不停地聽到高考作文要寫讀後續寫。到底讀後續寫長什麼樣子,還沒有機會去認識。如果直接讓學生去看高考真題,對高一的學生來說,有點晦澀難懂。如果能夠在適當的閱讀中,增加讀後續寫內容和語言風格的欣賞,這是一舉兩得的好事,也完全符合上述的四大點讀後活動設計的要求。

英語教師讀書筆記一
最近閱讀了《改善學生課堂表現的50個方法》,作者是安奈特?布魯肖和托德?威特克爾。本書作者總結其多年在學校的教學管理經驗,考察眾多優秀教師與「問題」教師的課堂,歸納了50個改善學生課堂表現的方法。
輕輕翻開封葉,扉頁上寫著:想成為一名優秀的教師嗎?想讓學生的表現更加優異嗎?想讓學生學得更好嗎?想減輕生活中的壓力嗎?或者想使課堂活動更有效率,氛圍更加活躍嗎?想更好地激勵學生嗎?……這不正是我踏上工作崗位時立志的工作信念和我的人生追求嗎?
我最喜歡的是本書的這段話:優秀的教師是積極熱情的,他們能看到學生的閃光點,他們知道自己具有強大的力量,足以觸碰學生的心靈並影響他們的未來。他們懂得通過關心、認可、鼓勵學生,讓學生不斷進步,每天都有更好的表現。
一、關於學生觀
「學生是孩子,都會有孩子的天性。他們不能像成年人一樣決斷,他們不會做那些成年人認為最好的事情,他們喜歡不時地和教師周旋,激怒他們。很多時候,他們都不能自控。所以這就是為什麼他們需要我們的原因。」 本書這樣寫道。這樸素的幾句話給了我很大的啟發,多少次我們為孩子反復出現的不良行為,懊惱,疑惑,失去耐心,甚至開始懷疑自己?我們忘了:孩子就是孩子!因此,別讓學生難堪,這不僅不利於課堂,還會傷害師生關系。學生不僅會對教師產生厭惡情緒,還會對該門學科失去興趣。贊揚學生的良好表現有助於建立良好的師生關系,也有助於激發學生的良好表現。所以,要少批評,多點鼓勵。皮格馬利翁效應里提到過,不管你的學生如何,但在你的心裡認為他們都是最棒的、最好的,加上你投入自己的愛和心,不久以後你會發現,所有學生都變了,變成了你心裡所希望的那樣。所以教師在教學過程中,要善於捕捉學生的閃光點從而進行鼓勵表揚。
二、關於建立良好的師生關系
這本書提供給我們的改善學生課堂表現的50個方法,大多是從與學生建立良好關系的角度出發的。教師通過關心、認可、鼓勵學生,改善學生的行為,進而改善學生課堂表現。例如:教師應熱情地與學生打招呼,請相信學生,用你的熱情感染學生,關注學生的興趣,當著別人的面誇獎學生等。都是在強調與學生的相處。只有先把關系處理好了,我們的教學任務才能順利完成。這本書也強調了積極的情緒在課堂中的作用:如讓課堂充滿歡笑;做一個樂觀的教師;微笑吧等。同時,在心態上,我們要學會控制自己,保持良好的職業素養,做學生的榜樣。盡管學生每天都會出現各種狀況,但是只有先調整了自己的心態,每天快樂地面對學生,快樂地工作,就能帶來意想不到的收獲。其實周圍的同事中也不乏這樣的人,把自己的悲傷留給自己,把快樂帶給別人,往往這樣強大的老師才能贏得學生的心。學生的課堂表現是影響學生成績的關鍵因素,只有當學生的行為有所改善後,他們的成績與各方面的能力才會相應提高。這本書教給我們的不只是教育學生的方法與技巧,更是一種教育的理念,一種新的師生關系。只有教育理念的改變才能帶來我們教育行為的改變。

不知不覺我的教學生涯已經有7年之長,在這7年中,我一直有幾個疑問,怎樣才算好老師?好老師的特質是什麼?每個老師踏上這行業的時候一定都告誡自己要成為一名好老師。一個好老師,所從事的不是「教書」,也不是「教學」,而是「教育」工作。教育工作一個最顯著的特點就是教師和學生之間心與心的交流和溝通。《好老師在這里》中給我印象最深刻的話是:「教育不是你想帶給孩子什麼!而是你想帶給自己什麼!不要用冠冕堂皇的句子說一切都是為了孩子」。帶著這些疑問我走進了溫州新華書店買了這本《好老師在這里》。我想它一定可以為我解答這些疑問。
畢業以來,我現在教授的班級是我唯一一屆自己從一年級帶到六年級的畢業生,對班級的每個學生我都非常的了解。其實,每個孩子都有完整的喜怒哀樂,都需要老師細心貼近。可是教師專業工作做久了,就會習以為常地成了「職業」工作,滿滿一個班的孩子在老師眼中漸漸長成同一種面孔,不經意間,老師就忽略了孩子的個別情緒和差異,人和人之間的友善關系也漸漸僵化起來。美惠老師在工作中主張「用真心換真情」,她認為,「用真心換真情」的第一步,就是要「看見孩子的情緒」,而且要溫柔地對待。
在這五年的教學生涯里,我有批評過學生也有表揚過學生,回想自己的教學生活,當我嚴厲地去批評學生的時候,我並沒有感受到他們的心悅誠服。反而,只是一個充滿鼓勵的眼神,一個充滿溫情的動作,一個微不足道的幫助,卻使他們更靠近我。我想每一個老師都是想當好老師的,讓我們打開心扉,走進孩子們的世界,用心傾聽孩子們心靈的呼喚,讓孩子們無邪的笑容在陽光下如花綻放。

I like the English novelist Jane Austen a lot. She has only six novels in her life time — Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, Mansfield Park, Emma, Northanger Abbey and Persuasion.
Of all her works, I like Pride and Prejudice best. I have already read both Chinese edition and English edition of this novel. I can’t help being addicted to the main characters Elizabeth and Darcy and thinking about the love relationship between them. I do really admire Elizabeth’s courage and wisdom as she deals with the issues of manners, upbringing, morality, ecation as well as marriage in the society of the landed gentry early 19th century England.
In Pride and Prejudice, from Lydia’s lack of moral judgment, I know that the importance of the environment and upbringing on the development of young people’s character and morality; from the love between Elizabeth and Darcy as well as Jane and Bingley, I know that Social standing and wealth are not that necessary. The opening line of the novel announces: 「It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife.」 Each person that learns the English literature knows this famous sentence. In my heart, Elizabeth and Darcy are the symbols of pride and prejudice, as their relation starts with dislikes but ends with love and marriage.
Sometimes, I think about two things after reading Pride and Prejudice: How important a role the parents play in the children’s life and the importance of ecation. For one thing, I think it better for children to live together with their parents than their grandparents, because children can fell loved by their family which makes them happy. For another, parents should do all things in right ways because they are truly the first or the most important teachers in children’s early life. Children will learn most from their parents, especial for the morality. Therefore, parents should behave well in all parts of life. For example, parents always are on time, their children will be so; parents always are honest and friendly, their children will have these two good qualities, too, etc.
As we know, ecation is important. Well, usually, the better ecation children get, the better they will behave in their life. No matter how wealthy a person is, how good looking a person has, how talented a person is, the most important thing for him or her to get along well with others or the society is that he or she has good personality and behaves well. In fact, children learn not only different knowledge but also the way that how they perform in their life. Teacher should teach them the knowledge as well as how to be a man, a good man, a useful man.
Reading is a good way to make me full, so I will keep on reading and trying my best to learn from what I have read.

懷斯曼《正能量》英語教師讀書筆記
樹立積極的心態,摒棄負面的思想,持之以恆,堅持正向能量,還有什麼困難會困擾我們呢?我想這也是理查德懷斯曼教授撰寫《正能量》的初衷,書中的正能量就是一切予人向上和希望、促使人不斷追求、讓生活變得圓滿幸福的動力和感情。這是一本世界級心理勵志書,是繼「不抱怨」之後,引發全國團購熱潮的勵志讀本!
書中的內容深入淺出,為我們打開了一扇重新認識自己和他人的窗戶,並結合多項例子,教會我們如何激發自身的潛能,引爆內在的正能量。讀了之後,我又在思索:我們教師如何獲取「正能量」,把這種能量帶入我們的教育教學中去。本文,我將結合自己的理解對書中的某些案例進行反思。
一、積極情緒培養,激發正能量
想擁有真能量,就要先表現得像擁有正能量的人一樣 --- 威廉·詹姆斯的「表現」原理。簡單概括來說,如果你想變得痛苦和郁悶,你只要想那些令你傷心的事情,想你遭遇的不公平對待,皺起眉頭,耷拉下臉,「演」得像是你真正傷心一樣,那你的情緒馬上就會低落下來;你如果想成為一個快樂、心情好的人,你首先要笑起來,做出快樂的表情,當你這樣「演」的時候,你就真的會變得快樂起來。
我們教師,每天都要面對學生,每一個學生都是一個快樂的天使,學生的快樂成長就是老師的快樂追求,培養和教育孩子不是一個簡單得用一個快樂就能涵蓋得了的。孩子任何一方面素養的缺失都表現為人格的不完善以至不完美,都是教育的失敗,一個連微笑的表情都沒有的老師怎麼能培養出心靈快樂的學生,老師的教育真的應該從微笑做起,老師的微笑不但會使自己快樂,更重要的是能把他或她的快樂傳遞給學生,微笑就成為了一個情價比非常高的情感投入方式,微笑能降低學生對教育的防範心理,能拉近師生的心理距離;微笑能帶給學生春天般的溫暖,激發他們努力克服困難的信心;微笑能傳遞愛的力量,感染他們感受愛,珍惜愛,奉獻愛。因此,請盡情微笑,讓腳步輕快起來,高昂起頭,快樂地說話、跳舞、談笑、歌唱,做任何你喜歡的事情,這樣正能量才能被驅動起來,將所有好的情境、人和事件帶入你的生命中!
二、正面角色(身份認同)影響,提高正能量
角色如果離開了法的限定,人的行為方式和習慣及至心理都會快速扭曲,出現了「新的自我」的神奇轉化,人的正負能量之間就發生了特定的變化。本書講述了一個津巴多監獄實驗,該實驗的結果遠遠超出了實驗設計者的預期,至使不得不中止實驗,但該實驗帶給人的思考是深刻的。該實驗顯示了「表現」的巨大魔力。「人們的身份認同感源於他們的姓名、服飾、樣貌。在監獄實驗中,所有這些都改變了,因此他們失去了原有的身份意識,開始對自己的身份產生認同。」
由此,我聯想到我們的學生教育問題。在一部分學生身上存在的不良習慣諸如精力不集中、語言不文明、作業不認真、學習不努力、做事不專一、寫字不工整、教育不改正等導致學生綜合素質低,很多行為不是學生該有的,究其原因,他們對自己的身份認同出現了問題。有的習慣是受生活環境影響形成的,有的習慣受家長的教育觀點和態度影響形成的,還有的習
慣和共同交往的同伴的行為習慣有關,學校的教育期待與他們的習慣有沖突的時候,學生的自然反應是抵抗正面的教育,這時教師和學校就要在「身份認同」上下功夫,多給他們正面的角色影響,優秀的學生成為他們效仿的榜樣,對他們細微的積極的正能量的變化給予鼓勵和鞭策,讓他們重新生成健康的角色期待,漸漸地改變存在的不良習慣,教師也從中獲得正面的體驗,在教學相長中提高正能量,體現育人價值。
書中理查德懷斯曼列舉了大量實例,向我們闡釋了偉大的「表現」原理,破除了我們過去秉持的「性格決定命運」「情緒決定行為」等認知。運用「表現」原理激發出的正能量,可以使我們產生一個新的自我,讓我們變得更加自信、充滿活力、具有安全感,讓我們的工作、生活和行為模式得到徹底改變。
作為教育工作者,擔負著教書育人的責任,是為培養社會主義現代化建設者和接班人服務的,是為培養德、智、體、美、勞全面發展的創新人才服務的,任重道遠,把我們的正能量傳遞給學生,傳遞給社會,學生能健康成長,社會才能和諧進步,我們才會擁有更美好的明天。

盡管這世界有許多誘人的芳香,但如果缺少了「書香」,精神家園將是怎樣的黯淡。最近,閱讀了《小學英語新課程課堂教學案例》一書,給我以心靈上的觸動! 從《小學英語新課程課堂教學案例》中,我看到了一個個令人感動的愛心故事。很多優秀的老師很好地關注沉默的孩子;描述了後進生的轉化過程;給於學生關愛和尊重,使學生獲得了進步的動力與源泉。他們都能真正賞識這些孩子,他們掌握了一種教育的藝術,愛的藝術。

一、真愛學生,才會低著頭,彎著腰,與學生進行心靈的交流,才能從每位學生身上找到金子般的閃光之處。長期以來的「精英教育」,致使很多學生因為評價制度的偏頗成為所謂的「差生」,而教育的最終目的在於最廣泛的提高人的素質。現代教育理論也表明,人的智力決非是學習的能力。「一支鉛筆有多少種用途?」——無數種,更何況是萬物之靈的人!

1、首先,准備好你需要用來記錄讀書筆記的工具,如本子、筆、紙等;
2、在閱讀過程中,要把重點知識用自己的語言總結出來,如果有不懂的要點,可以用筆記形式記錄下來;
3、重點知識要清晰標出,比如加上粗體,斜體或下劃線等等;
4、重要的知識要做詳細的註解,如支持的例子,專業的術語,關鍵的論點等;
5、讀書筆記中要包括你的思考和理解,如果發現有錯誤的地方,需要標注出來,便於以後更好的理解;
6、最後,在讀書筆記末尾加上你的結論,可以用整理下來的知識總結出來,或者做一個小結,總結你對這本書的理解。
