四、反饋語(The feedback language)
反饋語是課堂教學活動的重要組成部分,是教師評價和評估學生課堂表現的重要手段,也是推動教學活動進展的有效方法。對學生英語學習的評價現在提倡多種方式和多元化。這其中反饋語是教師對學生課堂表現的一種評價方式。教師要注意樹立評價意識。不僅要對學生課堂上的學習表現給予評價,對學生情感、態度的表現都應通過評價給予鼓勵,達到激勵學生的目的。
在使用語言行為評價時教師要注意語氣和目光的注視,使學生對老師的表揚和肯定感到真切。
反饋語可分為肯定式評語、參與式評語和啟發式糾錯。
(1)肯定式評語
教師在使用肯定式評語對學生的課堂表現進行肯定和表揚時,一定要讓學生感到老師是在由衷地誇獎他。要避免敷衍和流於形式。不要濫用『Good』。有的老師過多地單一使用 『Good』 評價學生的表現,很難使學生從中受到激勵,激發學習的積極性。

(2)參與式評語
在採用學生之間互相評價的手段時,教師要注意不要拿學生跟別人比,要拿學生同他自己比。教師可以說:同學們說某某同學說得好不好呀?進步大不大呀?
在讓學生參加評價時可以使用疑問和反意疑問句:

(3) 啟發式糾錯

(4)非語言評價及策略
非語言評價—既運用手勢,表情(眼神、面容、微笑)及其他肢體動作語言(body language) 來對學生的學習進行的評價。在使用語言行為評價方式的同時注意非語言評價方式的使用可以加強評價效果。
方式和策略:
① 微笑加語言。
② 用力點頭---是一種肯定。
③ 驚訝的表情 + 可表示贊賞。
④ 豎起大拇指,可表示一種高度的贊賞。增強自信心,獲得成就感。
⑤鼓掌---當學生任務完成得出色時,教師可鼓掌表示贊揚。也可以號召學生一起鼓掌。掌聲可以使人產生成就感,增強自信心。

課堂教學結束時教師需向學生宣布,並向學生道別。

1. 熱身 (Warm-up)
(1)先給學生播放卡通片,了解所學語言運用的環境。內容為「迪士尼英語」中第一課的片段(Magic English----Hello)學生在他們喜愛的卡通節目中了解、學習打招呼用語Hello./Hi ,邊看卡通邊說英語。學習語言的同時,了解語言所用的環境,興趣與語境同時創設,學習與興趣同時存在。[本部分內容根據各校情況可自行改變,用圖片來代替,或直接進入下一環節。]
(2)通過看卡通片告訴學生「卡通」一詞的發音是由英語單詞Cartoon一詞的發音直接翻譯過來的。在現實生活中,我們還有許多的類似之處,有時我們甚至直接用英語的單詞來代表某物如CD, VCD, DVD等等。
(3)由於學生是第一次正式接受英語課的學習,在此基礎上採取交談的方式與學生討論一下英語的作用以及學習英語的意義。不妨請學生說說他們在現實生活中已經了解的英語單詞或日常用語。利用教科書開始的蝴蝶頁Welcome to English 彩圖中呈現的我們生活中學生已經會說或較熟悉的詞彙如 CD, VCD, DVD, OK! Hi! Yeah! Wow! Bye! E-mail, Cartoon等詞來激發學生學習興趣與學習願望。
2. 呈現新課 (Presentation)
(1)在學生初步了解打招呼用語後,播放本課的歌曲 「Hello」的錄音,自然引出師生之間的打招呼。

(2)利用這個機會及時向學生介紹自己Hello, I'm …/Hi, I'm …
(3)帶上Sarah的頭飾介紹Hello! I'm Sarah. /Hi ! I'm Sarah.(教師在示範時,應定要用手勢語言輔助學生理解。對於初學者來講,體態語言和手勢語可幫助他們理解和記憶,因此教師要適時利用手勢和動作甚至表情來配合教學。)
(4)給學生帶上Sarah, Chen Jie, Mike, Wu Yifan的面具或頭飾,扮演這些人物到講台前說Hello! I'm …
(5)聽錄音,放投影;或通過錄像,VCD來展示Let's talk部分的教學內容
3.趣味操練 (Practice)
(1)游戲
玩Let's play中的游戲「擊鼓傳花」。首先,將全班學生分為兩大組。有節奏地敲擊小鼓,兩組學生同時開始傳花,當老師的鼓聲停止時,兩組各有一名學生拿到花,這時,拿到花的學生就說Hello, I'm …/Hi, I'm …(這個游戲也可用放音樂來代替擊鼓,學生可待音樂停止時起立做自我介紹。)
提示學生發音,引導學生區分正確、錯誤的發音。特別是I'm的發音,應為[aim]不能讀成[em]或[ai]。根據學生情況,逐步在以後的課時中感受語音,感受發音。
另外,此次練習中,若學生已有英文名字,即可使用,若沒有英文名字可先用中文名字代替。若班級學生人數不多,可在此為學生起英文名字。
(2)讓學生自己說說所學用語的使用環境,並讓學生自己擬定一個使用所學用語的場所。結合圖片,進一步鞏固情景。
為學生出示情景圖,讓他們自己說說,在此情景中該說些什麼?
情景一> 清晨,兩個小朋友在校門口相遇,猜猜看,他們說了些什麼?
情景二>上課了,老師帶一名新同學進教室。新生Lily該怎樣做自我介紹?
情景三>下課了,有好幾名同學與Lily結識,他們是怎樣說的呢?
情景四>放學了,同學們相互道別,他們彼此都說了些什麼?
(3)兩到四個人一組練習自我介紹。若學生已有英文名字,即可使用,練習更有真實感。若沒有英文名字可先用中文名字代替。在此強調分手時說Goodbye./Bye-Bye。
(4)自由結合或自己下位子了解、結識新夥伴,尤其是了解夥伴的英文名字。再次練習Hello, I'm …/Hi, I'm …Goodbye./Bye-Bye。
4.課堂評價 (Assessment)
做活動手冊第一單元的第一部分練習。由於學生剛剛接觸英語,而且是第一次做活動手冊,教師要進行全面、細致的指導。
(1)教師與學生討論本單元獲獎的小花數量,由於是第一單元,起點可以稍微低點,盡量讓每個學生都得到棕熊或小松鼠的小貼紙為獎勵。
(2)讓學生看書上的圖,才圖中人物,想他們在說什麼。
(3)教師講解題目要求並指導做的方法。建議教師提醒學生注意題目要求標記的識別,以便今後遇到相同問題時學生能獨立完成。
(4)讓學生聽錄音做練習。
