1. 美國學生作息(時間)
按照每天的作息時間來說，學生9：30分上課，12：00休息，下午1：30上課至3：30分後放學。然後學生究竟可以選擇自己喜歡的活動再學校參加不同的課外活動，有體育類，藝術類等等，活動一小時之後放學～
按照學期來說，美國一年有三學期，每個學期以及放假時間是這樣安排的：
每年的9月到12月聖誕（25號）前是第一學期，1月到4月初復活節（3月22日到4月25日之間的任何一天）前是第二學期，四月到5月底是第三學期，然後就放暑假，美國暑假長度超過三個月。
