The fourth step is to put the filling in the middle of a wrapping. Then press the wrapping tight and a jiaozi is ready. When you have made enough mplings, the next step is to boil them.

1. Place flour in bowl. Add salt and water slowly. Mix with fingers and knead to form a soft dough. Cover with damp cloth. Let stand for at least 15 minutes.
