hard to make money, they won』t waste their money any longer.
15% of the students, including myself, partly agree with the opinions above.
Personally I think that as grownups, we should not depend on our parents any
more. However, if our parents can afford to pay the tuition for us, we should

以筆者之見,雖然國外的語言環境多少會對你學英文有好處,但關鍵還取決於你自身.語言不是一門學問,而是一種感覺.你說中文的時候沒有考慮過時態語法,同樣說英文也不要.而要想有英文的語感,首先要』Be positive』,從狀態上要積極.所謂從狀態上的積極,就是主動用英文的眼光來看你身邊的世界.不要看到一段英文,想"這可是英文,那中文是什麽意思呢?",而要看到一句中文,想"這句話英文是什麽?".你可以把自己假裝當作一個天生就是講英文的人,把你的房間里貼滿,放滿各類有英文的東西.買東西的時候只看上邊的英文標示與說明.看電視只看英語新聞,聽音樂只聽英文歌.寫便簽,寫筆記,如果是只給自己看的就用英文寫,能寫多少些多少,不會的地方再用中文.這樣一來,聽讀寫都練到了.那麽』說』呢?沒有人聽你說怎麽辦?自己對自己說啦!看起來有點神經病不要緊,在你每次一個人的時候,把你剛剛做了什麽和接下來要做什麽這兩件事用英文對自己說一遍.總之,就是自己假想自己不會說中國話,看不懂中文,英語是你的母語.現在就把你的電腦改裝英文版的軟體,以後只看英文網站(當然我們的留學信息還是要看:-).不管別人怎麽看你,自己的英文好就對啦!
第二個辦法是從自己的興趣出發.比如你喜歡模型,那就看看國外模型的網站或期刊,從自己喜歡和熟悉的東西出發會意想不到的容易.如果你沒有興趣愛好,就看看國外新聞網站關於中國的報道,對於你熟悉的事物理解起來就是會快些.
對於生詞呢,不要看到長一點的或是技術性的詞彙就以為用到的機會不大,雖然這個詞本身可能不會經常用到,但這個詞可能是由許多常用片語成的,記住這一個詞可能等於記住了幾個詞.

Things in the world are changing. People are changing and every creature is changing. Changing is a neutral word. We can』t judge it is good or bad in general, because every coin has two sides. If both of us refuse to budge, the problem would not be solved. Changing ourselves according to the specific situation is good for us.
