For getting a better quality sleep, my suggestion is: plan the time more physically and appropriately, because the main reason that cases student insomnic is over pressure. If she works on her homework all the time, she』ll become nervous and get hypomnesia which means her memory ability will decrease; and of course, she lays awake at night and can』t fall asleep until midnight, or she』ll wake up many times ring sleep, and can』t fall asleep after it. Planning her time more elaborately and reasonably is a good way to solve her sleep problem. Set which time she does her homework and which time she goes to bed or which time she entertains helps her get in time more specifically. The alarm clock is standing straight up on the night table, screaming in the air very loudly like my mum. It makes me think of the rabbit in glasses in the comic Alice in the Wonderland, who looks at his watch vexedly and shouts 「Hurry up! It』s time!」
The start of the day floats in the clock ring and the water sound when I brush my teeth and make my face good-looking though it』s not. Outside the window, trees dance with the wind; birds cut the air with their wings and leave a piece of feather. I want to shout out loud: 「Happy vacation!」
Since we were liberated last week, my summer plan has filled with 「high tea in McDonalds」 and 「hang out with friends」. The huge pile of books on the desk disappears, but leaves my holiday homework. In this winter holiday I have a plan about how I am going to arrange the time. Firstly, in all of the winter holidays I am going to get up at 8:30, because I think getting up at 6 is too early for a child. I care really much about what is going on in the world, so I think I would read news paper in the morning and watch news program every night. Exercise is needed too, I take 1 hour for doing the sports daily.
