㈣ 求菜譜的英文翻譯

雖然我不知道這些,但是我有一些,也許里邊有你想要的!
為更好地迎接奧運會,北京市外辦組織專家對中國菜單譯文進行了審核。2007年1月底,北京市餐飲飯店中的數千種菜品、酒水將擁有統一規范的「英文名」。
「Scrambled Egg with Tomato」(西紅柿炒雞蛋)、「Egg plants with Garlic Sauce」(魚香茄子),明年1月底,北京市餐飲飯店中的數千種菜品、酒水將擁有統一規范的「英文名」。據了解,北京市首次針對餐飲菜單規范英文譯法的工作目前已基本完成,數千種菜品、酒水的英文翻譯將從12月20日開始對外公布,邀請市民參與補充建議。

等待市民評判補充的北京市餐飲英文菜單涉及冷盤、熱菜、羹湯、主食、小吃、西餐、甜品、中國酒、洋酒、飲料等多個品類,數千種菜品酒水,僅飲料目前已搜集到的就有兩百多種。北京市餐飲菜單的英文譯法計劃在明年1月底推出,屆時不僅北京市旅遊局計劃向全市星級酒店餐廳推廣,而且還將為計劃推出雙語菜單的餐飲企業提供參考。
