my dream When I was a little girl, I had a dream to be a famous writer. I remembered that I made a big decision to realize my dream that I started my first writing of a novel. I was a skinny little school-girl with glasses who dreamt up characters with qualities I longed to embody – they were pretty and powerful and lived lives full of intrigue and drama. After I finished high school, although that story like most of my writings ended up unfinished and stayed in the bottom of my desk drawers, I enjoyed and made fun of my writings when I read them later. Now I am a college student majored in engineering who studies science and math everyday. In the mean time, I am trying to bring my first book to an end. I have been always thinking why we couldn』t take our dreams into our own hands. I would encourage everybody to find ways to live their dreams, whether on a small scale – like my writing of a novel – or a bigger scale, like going after a job we have always wanted. 英語測驗之前，全班同學高度緊張，在那清冷的燈光下，同學們嗡嗡的讀書聲不停灌入我的耳朵……
這時，我突然感覺背後有人點我，回頭望去，游美怡正縮頭縮腦、可憐巴巴地看著我。「嘛事兒？」「給我考考聽力吧！」我硬著頭皮答應了。哎！誰叫我天生心軟呢！「嗯，聽好，」我清了清嗓子，「AreyougoingtoTibet？」話還沒落音，就被她一口氣接了過去，「Yes，Iam。」我看著她那胸有成竹的樣兒，突發奇想……嘿嘿！「Areyou——」我故意拖長了音調，沒想到她果然上當，「Yes，Iam！」我又一本正經地對她說：「其實－－，我想說，Areyouaboy？」她的臉頓時紅得像個蘋果，支支吾吾地說道：「No，I』mnot。」
考時
上課鈴響起，我提心吊膽走進教室，隨著一陣有節奏的腳步聲，英語老師拿著一疊卷子，不慌不忙地走了進來。我不由得屏住呼吸。接著，只見老師拆開卷子、發卷，一切都是那麼有條不紊，我那顆懸著的心漸漸落了下來。
開始答題了。我沉住氣，做完了聽力、選擇。可一來到閱讀部分，我便慌了陣腳，媽呀！這塊黑乎乎的一片都寫的什麼啊？我越發慌亂了。這些英語單詞就像一群密密麻麻的螞蟻在我面前晃來晃去，真叫人心煩意亂！忍不住，看看其他同學，都是那麼的冷靜，只聽到刷刷答題的聲音。呵呵，居然還有同學在抓鬮呢！我立刻佩服得五體投地。於是，我告訴自己，不要怕，有什麼難的，我能行。這才又慢慢靜下心來，堅持認真做完了後面的題目。
考後
終於收卷了，好輕松呀！旁邊幾個同學在討論某道習題，哀號聲不絕於耳，天，我的耳膜呀！我也走過去聽他們討論。慘了，慘了，又錯了一大片！
發卷前夕，龍萍突然緊張兮兮地跑來問我：「許瓊露，你覺得我會上紅分嗎？」我強忍住笑，一臉嚴肅地對她說：「不會。」
這時，上課鈴響了。老師帶著卷子，臉露微笑地進來了。我稍微舒了一口氣，心想：應該不會考得太差吧？哈哈，我也會察言觀色啦！只見老師攤開試卷，開始發卷：「陳貞……」教室里立刻鴉雀無聲，同學們都豎起了耳朵，仔細聽著。不多時，老師念到「許瓊露」時，看了我一眼，我一驚，彷彿每個毛孔都立刻張開了：什麼狀況？只聽她說：「98。」我這才徹底放下心來：總算上紅分嘍！
