怎樣做一個好教師，不僅是新上講台教師要思考的問題，對每位教師都是個永恆的題目。 今年我已經是一個有著四年教齡的教師，，如何當一個讓學生喜歡的好老師，這一直都是我在思索的一個問題，也是我所不斷追求為之奮斗的目標。在我心目中的好老師應該具備以下幾個方面。
一、愛崗敬業，盡職盡責
做一名好老師應該有職業之愛。干一行，愛一行，既然自己選擇了教師這一職業，就要擁有對事業的執著和熱愛，懷有強烈的責任感。只有有了對事業的執著和熱愛，崇高的使命感和責任心才油然而生；只有有了對事業的執著和熱愛，才會熱愛學生；在工作過程中要求自己，規范自己的言行，忠誠黨的教育事業，敬業、愛校、愛生。為人師表，以身立教，樂於奉獻，不計個人得失，一切服從工作需要，自覺地積極地為每一位學生的健康成長盡心盡力，盡職盡責。一切為了學生，為了一切學生，為了學生一切。結合自己的崗位和教學實際,教師不僅是經師，更是人師、一切為了每一個學生的發展要培育好一代又一代的學生，使他們成才，成人，以適應社會生產力的要求，實踐最廣大人民群眾的根本利益。
要愛業，愛業也就是敬業。而敬業與愛學生是分不開的。要愛學生，要讓學生喜歡你。春雨能溫暖冰封的泥土，朝陽能撫慰心靈的湖水，生命的歌聲能喚醒一粒粒沉睡的種子。愛學生，就要像春風化雨般無聲，讓他成為莘莘學子心目中的一種看得見，摸得著的最為催人奮進的有效情愫，讓他成為人的一生中一道最賞心悅目的亮麗景緻。師愛是每個學生都應充分享受的權力，充分沐浴愛的霞光。留有死角的師愛是一種不公平的師愛，不成熟的師愛，因此我特別關注那些有問題的特殊孩子，我也有孩子，也許是因為我做了母親，我特別能體會孩子的心情，孩子的感受。所以我從來沒有因為他們差而去放棄，因為他們就像是一顆蒙著塵埃的珠子，作為教師的我有責任去發現他們，重視他們，為他們擦拭，幫他們發亮。也許他們的光是微弱的，但是我們要相信有光就會有希望。他們的接受能力差，我們要不厭其煩地一遍又一遍地為他們講解。讓這些孩子不斷取得進步，慢慢跟上班集體前進的腳步。
二、加強學習，提升自身素質
俗話說：活到老，學到老。更何況一名人民教師，要給學生一杯水，自己必須有一桶水。我認為要做一名好老師，甚至必須有一河的活水。這就要求我們不斷學習。首先，學習三個代表的重要思想、黨員先進性的理念等，思想上始終與黨中央保持一致，全面貫徹黨的教育方針。其次，學習現實生活中鮮活的事例，比如象為救護學生而獻出自己生命的小學教師殷雪梅；為捐助貧困失學兒童而勞累過度身患重病的藝人叢飛；優秀的 *** 員張斌、雷燕等，把他們作為自己行動的楷模，學習的榜樣，吃苦在前，享樂在後。再有，學習先進的教育教學理念，用以指導自己的實踐，滋潤自己的心田，提高自己的業務知識和能力。積極參加各項業務活動，吸收新的資訊，多向有經驗的教師學習，多進行教學反思，提高自身的業務素質和教科研的能力。只有不斷學習，善於學習，才能不斷提高自我，完善自我，才能吸引學生喜歡學習我所教的課程。
三、與時俱進，勇於創新
創新是一個民族進步的靈魂，是一個國家興旺發達的不竭動力。尤其在知識經濟時代，科技發展日新月異。面對經濟飛速發展的時代，面對新一輪課程改革，面對新時代的學生，做一名好老師，我認為要與時俱進，勇於創新。不斷探索新的途徑方法，以學生為主體，課堂不教死書，死教書，不能像以前一樣，就課本教課本，而要更新觀念。
四、教師要學會尋求自己的幸福感。
作為一名教師還要在平淡無奇的教學生涯中學會找尋自己的幸福感。教師中也不乏那些一切向前看的老師，一旦有一天他的物質天平失去了平衡，那麼他的工作也終將會受到牽連。也許你在正常的教學工作外還付出了許多，這說明你是一個富有責任感的好老師。但如果因為付出了辛勞而追求或奢望獲得額外的回報，那你就需要端正一下自己的態度。教書育人本來就是教師應盡的職責，你只是在完成你的本職工作而已。
許多老教師說，這樣的時刻他們是最幸福的：幾十年後，當他的學生桃李滿天下，為社會作出貢獻，回到母校，拜訪老師，回顧當初老師指引的為人為學的道路，感到使他一生受益，他們的成就也有老師們的一份勞動在其中。過去人們常把老師比做紅燭，照亮了別人，燃盡了自己，未免有點悲愴，但這也恰是老師的勞動成果和幸福所在，因為他用自己的綿薄之力照亮了別人，為社會作出了自己微不足道的貢獻，他受到了社會和別人的肯定和尊敬，這樣的精神財富是永恆的，是物質財富難以比擬的。
五、好老師還應該有一個健康的心態。
好老師應該有著開闊的胸懷，勇於接受各種批評與自我批評，充滿愛心與責任感等等。做一個好老師很不容易，對於一個年輕老師來說更是認識膚淺。我們只有在實踐中不斷思考和探索，才有可能向之邁進一步。毛蓓蕾老師臨終前囑咐：每位老師都要熱愛教育事業，每位老師都要熱愛我們的孩子。千萬不要把孩子估計錯了，估計少了，估計小了。孩子們的事沒有一件是小事。他們的事在老師心中應是大事，要事。把小孩子的事做好就是我們老師的責任。做好了我們會感覺活的很有意義。我想這大概就是好老師典範吧。我會用我的實際行動，努力使自己成為一個好老師。

The first Arbor Day took place on April 10, 1872 in Nebraska. It was the brainchild of Julius Sterling Morton (1832-1902), a Nebraska journalist and politician originally from Michigan. Throughout his long and proctive career,
Morton worked to improve agricultural techniques in his adopted state and throughout the United States when he served as President Grover Cleveland's Secretary of Agriculture. But his most important legacy is Arbor Day.
Morton (photo, right) felt that Nebraska's landscape and economy would benefit from the wide-scale planting of trees. He set an
example himself planting orchards, shade trees and wind breaks on his own farm and he urged his neighbours to follow suit. Morton's real opportunity, though, arrived when he became a member of Nebraska's state board of agriculture.
He proposed that a special day be set aside dedicated to tree planting and increasing awareness of the importance of trees. Nebraska's first Arbor Day was an amazingsuccess. More than one million trees were planted. A second Arbor Day took place in 1884 and the young state made it an annual legal
holiday in 1885, using April 22nd to coincide with Morton's birthday. In the years following that first Arbor Day, Morton's idea spread beyond Nebraska with Kansas, Tennessee, Minnesota and Ohio all
proclaiming their own Arbor Days. Today all 50 states celebrate Arbor Day although the dates may vary in keeping with the local climate.
