如下面兩句中的history的第一個字母分別用了大寫和小寫。He is very interested in history.He passed in History but failed in Geometry. 3.表示親屬關系的普通名詞有時專指某一個人,其作用相當於專有名詞,這時第一個字母可用大寫。

有的學生卻按寫漢字的習慣從上到下寫,寫快了,就會把點和下面的十筆連在量起,顯得十分別扭。字形t應為兩筆。

信頭(Heading)

指發信人的單位名稱、地址、發信日期。考試時候不要求寫出。

二:信內地址(Inside Address)

四:正文(Body of Letter)

格式:稱呼下面隔兩行開始寫正文。每段第一個字母要縮進3至5個字母的空格。正文是信的主要部分,內容要簡單明了,一般不用同漢語信一樣的「你好(how are you?)」之類的詞。

五:結束語(Complimentary Close)

結束語是寫信人對收信人的謙稱,寫在正文下面二三行處,從中間寫起,第一個詞不達意的開頭字母要大寫,末尾用逗號。給不相識的人可用:

「Yours truly」或「Truly yours」

「Yours faithfully」或「Faithfully yours」

「Yours Sincerely」或「Sincerely yours」

給上級或長者可用:

「Yours respectfully」 或 「Respectfully yours」

「Yours obediently」或 「Obediently yours」

「Yours」, 「Yours ever」, 「Ever yours」, 「Yours as ever」或 「Yours sincerely」

給親屬或摯友的信可用:
