觀察自己的內心活動，聆聽自己的內心對話，如實描寫下來就是了。
觀察自己或別人的動作表情，寫下來也行了。內心對話舉例：早上醒來第一句話是什麼？「幾點啦？」看看時間，「早著呢，不急，再睡一會兒，太累啦……」。
再次醒來，「幾點啦？」看看時間，「不好啦，睡過頭啦！鬧鍾咋不響啦？」「餓了，弄點早餐再走」「不行，洗漱都來不及了」「早餐更不能吃了」，「餓著肚子上班咋成？」「再不走遲大到啦」「反正是遲到，1分鍾是遲到，15分鍾也是遲到，吃了再走」「路上買吧」「走鬼攤的早餐不幹凈」「幸好辦公室有麥片，沖些麥片當早餐吧！」……種種思想斗爭的對話經常是很有意思的，能看見自己考慮問題的利基點在哪裡。行為動作：最後沒有洗漱，沒有吃喝，抓起外套就往外沖，把門帶上，沖進電梯裡面才穿外套，到了樓下一摸口袋，糟糕，門鑰匙沒帶，錢包沒帶……，那些表情的變化，和選擇了什麼結局，自己最清楚啦，慢慢描寫，不妨添油加醋湊夠300字。
這些「大眾型」行為，自己可能發生過，朋友、同學發生過，描寫的時候再典型化一些就更好。我們寫文章，不是不會文字，不會造句，不會選詞，而是不知道該寫什麼進去。
所以寫作的基礎是你的思考和觀察。有感而發的文章都會很精彩的。
