The 24 Solar Terms are a fundamental part of China's rich cultural heritage, reflecting the essence of Chinese civilization. Established since ancient times, they mark the sun's annual movement. Based on the gan calendar, these terms were named by ancient Emperors. Each Solar Term falls on the same day of the month each year in the Gregorian calendar, with the first half occurring on the 6th day and the second half on the 8th day, except for a day or two. Earth completes one orbit around the sun in 365 days, 6 hours, 9 minutes, and 10 seconds, and rotates on its axis once every 24 hours. The poem of the 24 Solar Terms goes: "Spring rain surprises the spring clarity, grain abundance and wheat ears in summer. Autumn dew and cold in autumn, and small and big cold in winter." Each month has two terms, with a maximum difference of one or two days. The first half of the year is June 21, and the second half is August 23.
