一、明確作脊氏文要求，提高寫作能力

一篇好的作文，要有一個主題思想，整篇作文應該是緊扣文章主題，遵循特定的文體格式，選用恰當的語言合理組織文章結構，內容統一、連貫，語法、拼寫、標點正確，用詞裂野大恰當。

二、擺脫無話可說練習「三段式」思維

當頭腦出現空白時，應該從具體的、細小的、瑣碎的、微不足道的｀事物所引發的思考變成觀點，再進行論述。例如，領導講話總是第一部分、第二部分、第三部分…這樣條理比較清楚。

三、用詞准確保證語言連貫

寫英語作文時最忌諱的是用一些模稜兩可的肆豎詞，表達不夠准確，而且考試時要特別注意語法、詞語、語氣、標點符號等，避免單詞拼寫錯誤、語法錯誤，不要為了追求詞語的華麗而堆積一些自己也沒把握的單詞，不要刻意追求長句而寫一些自己不知對錯的有多個從句組成的長句。
