㈡ 合同英語翻譯

1.「Year」 means (subject to any other Agreement by the parties) from January 1st to December 31th, inclusive ring the term of this agreement and, for the calendar year or part thereof in which this agreement shall terminate, the period from January 1 to the date of termination.
「年度」指（如雙方其它協議另有規定，則以其它協議為准）本協議有效期間的1月1日至12月31日（包含這兩個日期）這段時間；在本協議終止的公歷年份，則指1月1日至本協議終止日期這段時間。
2.Dereciation」 in any year means the dection from income of an amount in respect of depreciable assets on a straight-line computed on basis laws and regulation of the Lao PDR. Unused depreciation can be carried forward for up to seven years.
任意年度的「貶值」指根據寮國法律法規，按直線法從收入中扣除與貶值資產有關的金額。未使用的貶值額最長可結轉七年。
