M:「Noblesse detail」（細節處顯尊貴）是我們的設計理念，我在外面看到或者想到什麼好的設計，有什麼好的創意靈感，就會回來告訴設計師，然後讓設計師決定是否適宜用在Paul Picot上。他會坐在咖啡廳里，邊喝咖啡邊畫草圖並不斷地修改，最後我們要經過多次的討論才能確定這個設計。
