記憶深處的花，開放了，深深淺淺的色彩漸漸淡卻，慢慢褪去，只有那麼一兩片花瓣，被風吹起，輕輕落在我的心田，盪漾開來，往事又浮現在我眼前。
那是一個晴天，陽光明媚，金燦燦的斜陽鋪灑下來，大地穿上了一層黃色的外衣。爸爸今天說過，要帶我去學自行車。我的心裡既期待又害怕，懷著忐忑不安的心情出發了。
來到空曠的操場上，空無一人。感受著夏日暖陽的和煦，沐浴著陽光，我心裡的陰霾卻怎麼也揮散不去。最終還是那強烈的願望慢慢占據了我的心。還是放手一搏吧，先騎上再說。我雙手抓住車頭，使它不搖晃；右腿一跨，便穩穩地坐了上去，剛把腳踩上去，才騎了沒幾米，車身便傾斜了，眼看就要摔倒了，說時遲，那時快，幸好我反應靈敏，左腳及時蹬住了地，懸著的心瞬間落下。
爸爸慢慢走過來，輕聲說：「沒關系，再試試吧。爸爸扶著你。」這憐愛的聲音使我躁動不安的心慢慢平靜了下來。再試一次吧！我左腳再一次踩起了踏板，一點點的前進，一次次的失敗，沉重的打擊了我的心靈。我灰心了，失望了，放棄了。正想轉過頭去，跟爸爸說一聲，卻不知何時，太陽偏西了，黃昏時的陽光照在了爸爸身上，不知何時，他的兩鬢竟偷偷竄出了幾根白發，閃著銀光。沉重的喘氣聲從我耳邊傳來，豆大的汗珠順著他的臉龐落下。爸爸這么努力，而我卻輕易放棄，我好意思看著爸爸疲憊的面容跟他說我放棄了嗎？不，我不要！我要自己學！又經過了多少次的失敗。忽然發現我學會了！前方吹來徐徐的清風，彷彿在給我慶賀。我對著爸爸大聲喊道：「爸爸，我做到了！」看著爸爸揚著嘴角，牽動眼角的皺紋，在陽光的照射下，是那樣的慈愛。我也笑了。笑得驕傲，笑得純真，笑得自豪。
那一次，我為他而笑。

路上經過了連雲港、濱海、鹽城，離上海越來越近了。這時我們來到了蘇通大橋，它是世界上跨度最大的斜拉橋，主跨1088里，整齊的斜拉鋼索真氣派，蘇通大橋的功勞在於把南通到上海的距離縮短了一半。透過玻璃向外看，長江水緩緩地流著，我發現了一個有趣的現象，所有的車好像不約而同地放緩了速度，都在一邊慢悠悠地開一邊欣賞長江博大的風采。
終於到上海了，已是深夜11點多了，行駛在高架橋上，看著流光溢彩的上海夜景，霎那間，我好像明白了上海為什麼叫夜上海。
