不要做縮寫。比如doesn't要寫成does not
2.
文章開門見山，不用寒暄太多。
3.
一定採用書面語言，比如收到寫成receive，不用got
4.
不要在句尾輕易用感嘆號，注意標點符號的使用。逗號句號後面一定空格。
5.
寫完全文要寫落款：sincerely加上逗號然後再在一行的開寫上你的名字
6.
名字就是自己的英文名（如果對方已經知道你的英文名字）如果給陌生的外國人發郵件的話，就是名字的拼音。比如張小明就是Xiaoming Zhang
