3、鍛煉身體,提高身體素質

身體是革命的本錢,現代人把時間花在賺錢上,又把錢花在醫院、葯店裡,豈不是得不償失?不妨把時間直接投資在身體健康上,健康才是最大的財富。

4、給自己放個假

有些人幾年都沒有休過假,甚至佔用周末加班工作,長此以往,不但對身體健康造成損害,同時會使人感到壓力和沮喪,如果是這樣,不妨給自己放個假,到一個自己一直嚮往的地方去旅遊。當感覺現在的工作已無法忍受,每天都在強迫自己上班,這時不妨考慮換一個工作。不要把一時的得失看得太重,身心的健康才是最重要的。
