1、學生有錯不能不罰，您可以罰也罰得高興。比如讓他跳舞、唱歌，這不是一舉兩得嗎？
2、您可以與學生稱兄道弟，也許您會覺得好笑！哪有老師和學生稱兄道弟的，沒大沒小的。但這也可以讓您多一分快樂，少一些煩惱。有煩惱時您可以找他們聊天什麼的，學生也就更願意與你打交道了。

5、我們生物老師的脾氣很糟。有一次，我們全班都在認認真真地背書，他卻說：「我們班的王×很亂，給我蹲到講桌下面去！」20分鍾過去了，還不見生物老師喊他出來，我真感到很難受。
6、現在的社會越來越不像話，要想把一些未成年人調教好，第一就是要把家長們召來開個全體家長會，讓他們說說怎樣來管教好自己的子女，或者在學校學點管教子女的好方法。
7、我發現有些老師會當眾體罰學生，使學生難堪。這樣做使學生喪失了對學習的信心和生活希望。所以，希望老師能做好學生的「心理醫生」。再說，如果體罰學生，就會十分厭惡打他的那個老師，容易產生逆反心理，而如果一個老師十分慈祥的話，同學們就會自然而然地更加尊敬他了，也就不會像某些同學一樣故意不聽課了。
8、老師不要太凶了，要用看子女的眼光看待同學，上課時不要老是批評班上的同學，講完課，如果還有時間，還要問一問同學們聽明白了嗎？有不明白的請舉手。這樣，同學們看到老師那慈祥的樣子，自然也就會爭先恐後地問老師問題。要不，誰敢問老師問題呢？
9、班主任可以在班上宣布，如果誰一周下來沒有給班級、給老師帶來麻煩，則獎勵若干個作業本，並答應獲獎者三個請求，當然包括成績有進步者也施以同樣的獎勵。如果誰沒有做到，那就要受罰，就罰若干個作業本，嚴重者請受罰者的家長到學校向全班同學道歉。這就會使犯錯誤者覺得不但給自己丟臉，而且還要連累父母！
10、有一些老師遇到一些亂的學生就讓他去亂，這樣是不好的，老師應該管一管這些學生，一旦發現這種情況就要及早地去制止，否則到了亂得不成樣子時就很難收場了。
11、教師要做到不打學生，要有信心地教育學生。因為你打了學生，那個學生不理解你為什麼打他，即使你做得對，但學生不理解，他就會恨你，不聽你的話，和你作對。
12、我們要在學校裡面種植更多的花草樹木，這樣，綠樹成蔭，多好。一方面，種植花草樹木，不僅有益身心健康，還能夠使空地荒地得到美化。另一方面，種植花草樹木，不但有芬芳艷麗的美景，還能夠發出清香撲鼻的香氣，使人做事時對事業充滿信心。
13、我建議當班主任的老師們，分一些工作給那些沒當班幹部的學生，個個學生輪流當值日，一天只要排一個人值日，即減輕了班主任的管理壓力，又使班幹部不敢營私舞弊。
14、我的班主任是個脾氣暴躁的人，很容易發火，要是有同學犯了錯，班主任就會打他，他要是不改，班主任就天天不準他上課，這樣一來，學生改錯的希望就被打沒了。班主任真不該！
15、有的班主任只要學生一犯錯誤，就會拿父母來嚇他，動不動就說叫父母來學校，這也不行，既然老師是教育我們學知識的，同時也是我們的父母，所謂：「一日為師，終生為父」，那就要盡自己的義務教好啊。再說，捅到父母那裡畢竟不是什麼好事啊。

A great change is now taking place in higher ecation throughout our country. Teachers are being held responsible as never before for how well they serve their students. It has become as common in colleges and universities for students to grade teachers as for teachers to grade students. In some universities students』 rating has even become the only source of information on teaching effectiveness.
This, however, has caused great controversy. Some are in favor of the rating system. They hold that since students attend the teachers classes everyday, they should have their opinion about their teachers』 effectiveness. Others, on the contrary, are strongly against it. They think that students』 rating is easy to administer and score, but it also is easy to abuse. They believe that there is much more to teaching than what is shown on students』 rating forms. Students should not be expected to judge whether the materials used are up to date or how well the teacher knows about the subject.
These judgments require professional knowledge, which is best left for the teachers』 colleagues.
I think students』 rating of their teachers is necessary, but it should be concted in a way that can really shed meaningful light on teachers』 performance.
