摘要 Abstract

介紹了脲醛樹脂的國內研究現狀及其性能特點，著重研究了反應機理，根據技術要求，進行了研製工藝的選擇，實驗方案的確定。主要研究了加入改性劑聚乙烯醇和三聚氰胺之後，改變甲醛與尿素的物質的量的比、反應時間、溶液的pH值和反應溫度，製得的脲醛樹脂進行對比，以評定它們對樹脂性能的影響。
This paper describes the status of research on urea-formaldehyde resin in China and the characteristics of its properties, particular emphasis is placed on the study of its reaction mechanism and the determination on the option of its developing techniques and experimental planning in accordance with the technical requirements. After the addition of modifiers such as polyvinyl alcohol and melamine, this paper then studies the molar ratios, reaction times, pH values and reaction temperatures of the solutions of the modified formaldehyde and urea, as well as concts comparison on the urea-formaldehyde resins proced, so as to evaluate their impact on the resin properties.

採用加入亞硫酸鈉，利用玫紅酸滴定的方法測試樹脂中游離甲醛含量，使得游離甲醛的含量低於2%。詳述了反應終點的控制方法，不同反應階段的反應時間長短，反應溫度的限度，pH值的范圍及鹼——酸——鹼地反應路線在實驗過程中我們對每次的產品進行了檢測，確定了低毒脲醛樹脂膠黏劑的最佳配方，同時對各種影響因素進行了分析和討論，解決了游離甲醛含量低於2%的難題，保證了產品的質量，該膠黏劑有很好的發展前景。
In order to achieve below 2% of free formaldehyde content, the rose acid titration method was used by adding sodium sulfite to test the free formaldehyde content in the resin. The control method of reaction endpoint, the reaction time of different reaction phases, the reaction temperature limits, the range of pH value and the alkali - acid - alkali reaction routes are all elaborated in detail; and the optimum formula of low toxicity urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive has been determined after testing every batch of proct proced in the course of this experiment. At the same time, the problem of maintaining the free formaldehyde content below 2% was resolved by concting analysis and discussions on the various contributing factors. So the proct quality and the promising development prospect of the adhesive is ensured.
